Just left. Order was right but the girl who handed me 2 large cokes over filled they were spilling all over me and my car dripping when she handed them to me . I told her they're spilling in my lap and she proceeded to laugh at me. Very unprofessional

Every time I come to this drive through whether there is no line or a line, I am asked to park. A few days ago I was the only car in the drive through and ordered two combos and was asked to park. Why do I need to move my car if I am the only car in the drive through? It always takes well over 10 minutes for someone to bring the food to my car which I can not understand.

I ordered a coffee, large 3 cream when I got it it tasted so strong I am positive that they could not of put in three cream so I go through the drive-through to ask for more cream. The guy gave me three cream packets. I add that to my coffee, but it is still so strong that it is undrinkable, it’s almost like somebody made a mistake and put more coffee packets than they were supposed to when they were perculating it I couldn’t drink it I had to throw it away.

Only ordered an ice cream but drive through moved quickly. However, getting out of the plaza is a nightmare on busy days. Hard to make the left turn onto the side road.

Worst Location ever! Disgusting, dirty, unclean....and you think with 20 people working there you would have a clean washroom or toilet paper in the bathrooms....even if you reach out to speak to management which I've done numerous times....I have NEVER received a call or email back.

Absolutely atrocious service. 3 days ago I had came and order chicken nuggets with a junior chicken as well and asked for 3 sauces and got it for 0$. Today I came and asked for sauces they charged me and she gave me 1 of each when I asked for a couple prior to paying. Jasjit was the manager who approached us so “confidently” in the drive through trying to assert her non existent dominance, meanwhile we had asked for multiple of each sauce prior to paying. Goes to show why this place has 3 stars no one to hold them accountable, absolutely disgusting inside as well. Hope there’s something that can be done about this place. Maybe take a look at your reviews!

This is the worst McDonald’s, I went in and asked for a cup of water and they refused, they said they do not give out cups of water and I would have to pay for a cup, bc people make a “mess” I asked what’s the difference if I buy a cup and make a mess? The manager says well at least you paid for a cup. I asked for her name and she said “they are not required to give out names. She is a manager and very rude!!! Avoid this McDonald’s as there are always complaints. I have made posts all over social media and the local news.

Went to this location earlier today and waited 20+ minutes for my food only to come home and see that they got it wrong. It was 3 spicy chicken sandwiches not 1 spicy, 2 regular. The folks that work here are polite and kind but they are SUPER SLOWWWWWWWWW and you can feel the apathy oozing from them. I suggest some re-training.

I’ve visited this location several times but mostly just the drive through. As with others, I don’t often get my food at the window, no matter how small my order or how little other customers there are. That aside, it’s still relatively quick, I’ve never had a wrong order or had to go back, and the staff are quite friendly.It wasn’t super clean in the dining area when I visited.

Not once have I been through the drive thru and any point in the day and received my food at the window. There is always a 6+ minute wait, even for the most basic order for one person.Edit: as I sat waiting for my order of two egg McMuffin‘s, I saw there was two other people waiting for their order. At the same time there was only two cars in the drive-through meaning it wasn’t busy when I got my order of two egg McMuffins I found out one of them was a junior chicken I don’t understand how a simple order can take so long and yet be wrong
