Originally I had a great review posted here because there was great communication and the finance guys were very responsive. After my 2021 Wrangler started giving me issues that’s when things started to go downhill. The service department is awful, and unprofessional. Was only contacted by the service manager because of the review I gave directly to Jeep. Tried to be in contact with the GM here and crickets. Performance Jeep has been amazing with me and has worked with me to figure out what is going on with my Jeep.

The slowest service department in history!!! A simple oil change will require them to have your vehicle for at least 6 hours, but usually the entire day. Technician often cannot identify customer issues, so they are not repaired; even after numerous visits. They believe waiting for over two hours for a customer shuttle is acceptable. The agents that work the desk cannot answer your questions but customers are not allowed to speak to technicians. I am actually happy my extended warrantee is almost up and I don’t have to deal with Grimsby Chrysler service department. Funny how some terrible customer service experiences can ensure you never buy that brand of vehicle again. Beware consumers!!!

Exceptional service. I was not approved for credit because of my debt ratio. He therefore escalated my credit application and justified my request thanks to my rental income. 1 month later, I was accepted for credit. The financial manager answered all my questions at any time. He answered me day, evening, night. thank you so much Banan, (financial manager) I will be eternally grateful to you.

My husband has an issue with the paint peeling on his 2019 Dodge Ram. He put in a complaint last August and has since been trying to get a resolution to this problem. He has been to this dealership on numerous occasions and made phone calls. The response from this dealership is that someone will get back to you but NO-ONE EVER HAS!!! Very disappointed in this dealership. Love the truck but disappointed in the service! Next stop is Better Business Bureau!

The staff here are amazing people. They went over and above to make sure my vehicle was fixed properly! Word to the wise..... Don't EVER go to a cheap 10 min oil change place! They will ruin your vehicle. Thankfully Grimsby Chrysler Dodge Jeep fixed my problem before a major disaster occurred, I will continue to get all my vehicle service done here!! Shane Cooper service advisor and Jon Powell mechanic came to our rescue Friday afternoon after our brakes failed on the road. They took us without and appointmentand stayed late to get us back on the road. Excellent service all around.

Kelly and Banan you are the best in business. Best customer service and made everything so smooth and easy recently bought doge ram 1500 from this dealership . Kelly thank you for taking care of everything and assisting me in evey step to buy the truck . Banan thank you for getting me the lowest rate of interest and suggesting the required extended warranty. Honesty is the best policy when it comes to business which you both proved it right. It was my trust in you Kelly that just talking to you over the phone i bought the truck without even checking the truck in person thank you for not letting me down will be back for my next car and will definitely recommend everyone to come to your dealership cheers

The service department deserve recognition for all of the work they do. The prices are extremely fair, the work is thorough and efficient, and I feel safe having my vehicle worked on at Grimsby Chrysler. My car is old (2009) but they keep it running as well as possible for me and alert me to any work that may be due in the foreseeable future without being pushy about it. I will keep coming here for as long as I have a car - and I live 30 minutes away so that should tell you something.

I thought the service was amazing, everything was explained before the work was started. Despite dropping the car off unexpectedly on a holiday weekend I was able to get it back in a timely manner. They went out of their way to help me save money and ensure I was happy with the service I received. My only reason for not giving the 5th star is because I have been contacted too frequently about the satisfaction survey.

Exceptional customer service. Very kind and knowledgeable, have to say I’m very happy with all the service I get with this dealer and it’s amazing staff.
