There was a notice left in the mailbox to pickup parcel. Delivery person didn't even attempt to knock on my door for a signature. Just because there isn't a car in the driveway that doesn't mean there isn't someone to accept the package.

Changing my review because Canada Post has really stepped it up since last year. I haven't had to retrieve any of my packages in the last few months, though some have been lost.

Frustrated with the Harrow postal office. Multiple times now we get left a notice saying our parcel will be ready for pick up after 5:00pm and we go there for 5 and the truck is not back yet, we wait until 5:30 and then practically get told to leave because they are closing. I would be fine if the notice said will try again tomorrow but you can’t put ready by 5:00 and not be back in time. Customer service is not the greatest.

I frequently receive autograph cards in the mail. The envelopes are always marked do not bend" so that nothing is damaged (something I was told by the staff would stop them from attempting to bend it). However

EXTREMELY rude to me think it was just because I am a young adult. very bad experience, I avoid having to talk to the staff at all cost!!

Friendly and helpful staff. They never leave a parcel in my mailbox which is good for security reasons! Don't forget that they have to follow Canada Post policies and procedures but they'll do what they can to help.

Had NO notice left at my address with two deliveries. Had to go to pick up parcels. I have two security cameras that indicate they never came to my house but did slowly drive by. Disappointed in service all together.
