stopped in on my lunch break to get the Buddha bowl (delicious!). staff are so friendly too!! Great portion sizes.

Aamzing value! Getting a 10 dollar salad bowl in Toronto is close to impossible (I’ve looked) I was very impressed with the quantity, freshness and flavour of my warm Buddha bowl! I will be back.

Amazing bowls, customer service and quality of ingredients. This gem of a healthy eatery is tucked away in Kensington and definitely worth paying a visit to. The bowls we had were large and filling with a warm quinoa base. Shop owner and bowl maker were very friendly, super quick and efficient service. The place is quite small so it’s a hit-and-a-miss dining in but don’t let this deter you from checking this place out! Will not disappoint.

Great service, owner is very nice. Fresh products and very large portions at a reasonable price! I ordered the caesar salad, wrap and smoothie. Smoothie was good but pricey at 8 dollars.

AMAZING food and Smoothie!!! I got the Rainbow bowl and the matcha avocado smoothie and it was so tasty. The portions were big and filling, and healthy and the owner was so sweet. I love healthy foods and eating clean so I really enjoyed my meal :)

A wonderful healthy option for the neighborhood. The size of the portion is bigger than the average salad restaurant and the dressings are unique! I'm a regular customer.

Good place for healthy soups(They serve salads as well). I had their chicken soup with rice- you can tell from that taste that the food is healthy. The people there are real friendly. I saw many take out orders being prepared while I was trying their soup. Seating for twos available.

Fresh and delicious! I’ve had both the Asian salad and the Buddha Bowl (the photo) here and both were so tasty with lots of fresh ingredients. Lots of options on the menu, so it’s hard narrowing it down because they all sound so good.They’re also very friendly.
