We got married November 2019 and still do not have our wedding video. He is ignoring calls and msgs. It has been nothing but a nightmare trying to get our video. Such a shame to ruin someone’s big day.

Remy and his team were really great to work with! Our video was everything we wanted, and more! It was awesome! They were very patient as we had a large family and bridal party. Anything I asked for, Remy and his team were there to deliver. I would definitely suggest them to capture important moments. They were a great team to work with!

Best friend hired Remy for their special day and had nothing but issues. He does not deliver on what is paid. If you are thinking about hiring this company, do yourself a favor, research it more and put your hard earned money elsewhere.

If I could rate a 0, I would. Ridiculous customer service. Horrible response times. responses are filled with excuses when they come. Close to 10 months now and have yet to see any product. Do not waste your time.

We hired Remy to shoot our wedding video on November 26, 2021. We had some skepticism on hiring him just from his reputation on taking a very long time to edit videos and his lack of communication. We spoke to him on these concerns and he assured that he turned things around and wanted to prove he changed. I believe in second chances for everyone and it was our fault for trusting in him. On December 27th, 2021 he let me know he reformatted his computer and he lost our footage. He said he has a recovery program and he will be able to recover it.Over a year later and after many lies he now completely ignores my calls, refused to refund my deposit and worst of all, lost our wedding video. If you are reading this please do not make the same mistake we did in trusting this Presidential Productions to film your most memorable day. Do yourself a favour and hire someone else.
