This place seriously needs new receptionists. Needed my prescription. Called them 2 days in a row . . They didn't pick up. Can’t leave a message. When I went in and just casually and politely said I have been calling but no one picked up so just walking in without an app and they rudely said “yes we have been busy.” Like no sorry or anything.The other time when masks were lifted from everywhere, they did not inform me that they still require one for walk-in appointments. I went and they were like, no cannot walk in without a mask (and they don’t have in either to give out) then I said “why wasn’t I informed” I have no problem with wearing one if the place requires. They again rudely said it is written on the door. Like seriously?? How can read what is on your door from my house? Sorry don’t have such superpowers yet.I understand that sometimes these receptionist deal with rude patients but they also need to think about their own behaviour.

I have never written a google review but when it comes to disrespecting my 92 year old grandpa I gladly will. My grandpa was in a lot of discomfort from a rash on his back (which we believe was shingles) so we went ahead and gave his doctor (which he has been going to for the past 20 years) a call. We come across the rudest receptionist, I believe her name was Rani, who has zero empathy for what my grandpa was going through. She completely dismissed his issue and lied that the doctor had already gone home when he was still in the office!! After a back and forth with the receptionist, she finally agreed that a different doctor will see my grandpa. To our surprise it was the doctor who she claimed has supposedly already gone home. I really hope this receptionist (Rani) comes to a realization that helping people is clearly something she dislikes and they hand over the job to an individual who truly deserves it.

Dr. Aulakh is very professional doctor.Staff is very helpful . One of the best family doctor in town.

Very bad experience, receptionist is very rud. And no any sense .she doesn't know what is customer service. Receptionists are completely unprofessional!!! I called to make an appointment and they started asking me what's the reason and why I need to speak to the doctor. And they wouldn't make my appointment until i told them which was so uncomfortable. Like go learn Patient confidentiality before sitting at a doctor's office and acting a receptionist!

The receptionists are completely unprofessional and have no common sense about emergency. Only care about bookings. What a joke!!Note to the receptionist listen to yourself talk once and see how ridiculous you sound.Note to the doctor if you want to keep your patients then expect higher service skills from your receptionist. Clearly this has happened before based on your comments below.

Don’t bother coming here if you actually need proper medical advice. The receptionists never pick the phone even if you’re standing in front of the door calling and can clearly see they aren’t doing anything. They are so entitled and rude to patients for no reason. Never had a good interaction there even though members of my family have been going there for 12+ years. Honestly better off going to walk in clinics than using this place as your family doctor.

Rani is the worst receptionist I have ever met. After a phone call interview with the doctor I was told to email them a copy of my medical form which required to be filled out by a doctor for my exam. I sent the form in April, and never received any call back. I kept calling them every other day and either they would not pick up or she would tell me she will call me back but never did. Then in May she calls me back and says doctor wants to see me in person which I agreed to do. I took a day off work and came to see the doctor. When I asked her why it took her a month to contact me she replied well the form is blank… to which I responded, yes my school requires it to be filled out by a doctor! Anyways I had a couple of issues I needed to discuss with the the doctor and she told me I could only discuss one issue per appointment… which makes no sense. Anyways it’s mid June and I have still not received my doctors note for school. Oh and exam date is already passed. Rani was super rude, not only to me but many patients (who were very old) that walked in while I was waiting for my appt. Can’t believe she still has a job.

Very unprofessional and disorganized. Do not recommend. Can’t even manage getting a blood test referral written without reminding multiple times. Go elsewhere.

I have a problem in my ear it’s need to get fix by surgery dr aulakh said . He told me that he is going to refer me to surgeon . And he’ll call me after making a appointment with surgeon for me . Its been 2 months I never got call from his office. And i call is his off twice to remind him about my ear. Now my ear is in even worst condition than before and I’m i pain
