First time using Georgian Bay Printers in Orillia and I have to say they provided excellent customer service. Sent them a proof with questions using the Request a Quote" feature on their website and Shirin responded promptly with the details I was after. We continued to correspond via email to set up the printing and delivery solution that worked best for me and my schedule. On the day I submitted my file

Outrageous expensive. Photocopies 44 cents a page. Black and white. Computer in back room can not see them when using your stick. Too much money for photocopies. Go to Tiffins creative, close by.

The woman working was rather unpleasant. I just needed a few photocopies, I left without getting the needed paperwork.I recommend the place up behind the mall, that guy is a bit more expensive, but his customer service makes this place look amateur.

Emailed our info to them so we could get some work done. This was approximately April of 2022. Still waiting to hear back from them. Guess they must not need our business. Lucky they are so busy during covid to be able to ignore some potential customers
