Professional and timely service. They saw me on time and processed my application with 10 minutes. I am so glad they don't outsource this to VFS or any other third party. Make sure you have every document outlined in the requirement; they will check. I got my passport returned to me in 7 business days.

Absolute definition of what professionalism and customer service looks like. One year later, and I remember how courteous, professional and welcoming Mr. R.H was despite this being during the pandemic. I received clear instructions on the checklist, documents required and processing time. This was my first welcome to the Netherlands and it made me feel at ease relocating to a new country. Thanks team for all the good work!

The best embassy I dealt with related to visa applications. I have been to the embassies of USA, UK, Brazil and the Netherlands in Canada recently and the best service was offered by the Netherlands embassy without a doubt. They treated me as a person they would want to welcome to their country, not as a person they are suspicions about. I had to work with a very tight timeline and had to get my visa exactly by 10 days. And guess what, I got my passport back after 7 business days. I am really grateful for your understanding and the wonderful service. Keep up the good work and thank you very much for the service.
