We recently purchased new living room furniture and were pleasantly surprised with the pricing, very pleased with sales associate Tessa who was attentive, helpful and not at all pushy. Early on, while Tessa was on a day off, I reached out to Jesse from the “Web Team” and he provided some helpful insights. Geoff at Langford put our minds at ease regarding the weight displacement of the sofa units on the thin stylish legs by revealing the larger weight distributing pads located underneath. The furniture was gently delivered and set up by two of their contracted movers. We noted a couple of marks on the leather and we were promptly visited by their leather expert who magically disappeared the marks. We then noticed a squeak coming from the lumbar section of a sofa. Their repair man arrived with a smile and had it fixed quickly and cleanly. Everyone we to spoke with suggested that they enjoyed their job but more importantly conveyed a genuine pride in their employer. This was a great experience, great furniture and even better people. Popped into Scan Design Victoria because we love the quality products and excellent design options. We have Scan Design furniture throughout our home & love them. It was near closing for the shop, and unfortunately, all we heard from three different sales associates was: We are closing in" A) 20 minutes; B) 10 minutes; C) 2 minutes "and could we please make our way to the exit doors." We mentioned that we are out of town clients

In October 2022 I purchased two adjustable twin beds for my king size mattress. It is still NOT synchronised properly, and the manager-assistant Mr. Geoff Mitchell, who sold me the beds not only could NOT solve the problem; but also, ignores my calls and emails with my request for help. The over $2000 product that I purchased is just a hassle for me, as it is NOT working as advertised by Geoff. Very upsetting, that the manager-assistant can only sell the products, but doesn't care about customers...

My wife and I bought a reclining sofa from Scan Designs about 4 years ago. The staff who helped us with our purchase were excellent, and we have been very happy with our sofa. However, a few weeks ago, one of the motors quit. My wife phoned Scan Designs to enquire about a service call to either repair or replace the motor. We understood that the warranty on our sofa had probably expired, and had no problem paying whatever the repair bill may be. We just wanted our sofa repaired properly. The employee at Scan Designs found our purchase in their computer, and put in a request for a service call. We received a call about a week later, to arrange for a technician to come look at the sofa. The technician, Vince, arrived on time, and was both friendly and professional the entire time he was in our home. He determined that the motor was the problem, and said he would try to save us from needing to purchase a new motor; he may have a salvaged one, in excellent condition, in stock. Scan Designs called a few days later to inform us that Vince had found an excellent salavaged motor for us, and arranged for a time that he could come install it. Vince arrived on time, was his usual professional self, and quickly installed the motor. Our sofa works like new, and we could not be more pleased. Thank you, Vince, and thank you, Scan Designs, for treating us so well, and for going above and beyond to save us money while still giving top quality service. We will definitely shop at Scan Designs in the future.

We have been very happy with the service and products from ScanDesigns. The communication has been top notch. We love our recliner and accent chair and will be repeat customers no doubt. After two years, I noticed a defect with the frame where a weld had cracked. I immediately reached out to the retailer's and they were incredibly responsive and helpful.The representative I spoke with was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They quickly determined that the issue was covered under warranty and began the process of fixing the frame. They kept me updated throughout the process, picked up, repaired and dropped off the frame in a very timely manner and we were back to original in no time flat.But what truly sets this retailer apart is the fact that they went above and beyond to make things right. Not only did they fix the defective frame, but the pick up and drop.Overall, I am incredibly impressed with this retailer's commitment to customer service. We began our search to furnish our living room in January 2021 during the Covid pandemic. Supply was scarce & wait times were long. The Victoria store & the customer service we received from all the staff, in particular salesperson Tessa, was exemplary. Very professional, patient & informative. Even after numerous visits & changes to our order, Tessa always greeted us with a warm, genuine & helpful demeanor. We are very happy with our Luna chairs & our living room is finally complete. We are very pleased with the unique items purchased at Scan Design over the years. The last item (delivered this week) was a fold up wall bed which has turned out to be a great solution for a tiny room. Your delivery/set up crew are also awesome, one fellow I recognize from previous deliveries and is always cheerful with an eye for carefully getting through the tightest of spots.
