After a painful week with a severely kinked neck that was causing spasms down my back and a trip to the emergency room, I decided to visit power essentials for a craniosacral massage. I was a bit apprehensive at first about how effective this type of therapy might actually be as it was something I hadn’t tried before. The massage was very relaxing and soothing and I could absolutely feel the effects of the treatment as I was experiencing it. To my thankful surprise, my neck started to loosen up after the therapy with a bit of help from an arnica tincture recommended by my therapist. I was back to normal after 24 hours.I would highly recommend this service and will be back again!Thank you!

My experience with Danielle at Power Essentials this morning was first rate. As a visitor from out of town, I was able to book an appointment within a day of contacting her. She provided a range of options for treatment, and accommodated my desire for a massage with deep tissue work. As others have mentioned, Danielle is very focused in her work. She used both reiki and some craniosacral work with the deep tissue massage, demonstrating knowledge and ease, and providing much relief from physical tension in the process. I am hoping to have a craniosacral session before I return home in a few days.

Danielle has an incredibly intuitive, grounded and healing method to her massage. She has been a huge support in helping me find more ease, harmony and balance in my body. She is very attentive and responsive to what is needed to bring further healing and wellness to her clients.

Where do I start? I found Danielle prior to me going to salt Spring Island via the Internet. I felt this magnetic pull when I saw her business and knew she was the practitioner for me.I’ve been going through intense changes in the past year and Danielle really assisted me in reclaiming my inner child. She has Held me as I cried, provided a safe space for me to heal, and her gentle touch was the perfect treatment in integrating the rebirth im going through.

Danielle’s intuition, sensitivity and skill became clearly felt about an hour after our cranio sacral session had finished. I had first felt some nausea when she positioned her hands near my head then on my shoulders. Whatever was happening, clearly healing was activated, the nausea stopped about two minutes before the end of the session. It was a great relief. It felt as though a tension that I was not aware of had released. It was a new feeling. When I got off the table, I felt a little lightheaded which is sometimes felt when first getting up. However this felt different, like something was shifting. By the time o got home, I felt a clarity and an ease of tension that I had almost forgotten how that felt.Grateful to Danielle for a great session that made a difference

Danielle was kind enough to accommodate my last minute appointment. The massage was really good and Danielle made sure to keep checking in with me about the pressure. My stress melted away by the end of the appointment. Highly recommend.
