I have never had a Le Creuset be handled with such care by a store when shipping. My 6.75qt was packaged with care and survived what can be a traumatic journey with UPS. Customer service is also fantastic. I will definitely shop with Kitchensmart again.

Order arrived 3 weeks late and too damaged to use. When I contacted customer support they said I needed to pay postage to return it. I did, then said they wouldn't refund me or return the damaged product. So they basically stole from me and made me pay $28 extra.

Wow. Super helpful over the phone and the most reasonable prices I've found from Canadian outlets/suppliers. My order shipped the same day and should arrive in two days!I know, it's weird to write a review when you haven't actually received the purchased item. However, I had ordered (eventually cancelled) the same knives from a different company and after three weeks they hadn't even shipped yet. So...yeah, I'm excited.Also, it's a Canadian store, eh? How cool is that?

I ordered an All Clad pan on boxing day. It arrived one month later, and I decided to exchange it for a different size. I had to follow up three times over two months about the exchange. I then asked for a refund instead, and followed up three times over three months, where I was first told that I would be refunded and then told that the company does not issue refunds. I was told the smaller pan was shipped, but it did not arrive. Now I've followed up four times over one month, and have been told that UPS lost the package (still trying to get ahold of them for a resolution). I'm not convinced the package was sent since there were no tracking notifications, unlike the first time.The other one star reviews have similar stories. The prices are good, it takes a long time to ship the initial item, there are no refunds and it's nigh on impossible to exchange anything.

When I purchased my item, the website indicated “Product may ship in 10-14 business days”. The confirmation email I received stated “if the product is out of stock, please expect 10-15 business days for delivery”. Note that neither of these two statements are a commitment by the business to get you your item within 15 business days.After 15 business days of waiting, I called Kitchensmart for an update. I was told that because the item I bought was out of stock, I’d have to wait until they received more inventory from the manufacturer, but that they didn’t know when that would be. After that conversation, I called weekly to see if they had more information about when they’d get a delivery from the manufacturer. The person on the phone was always very nice. My item was shipped out 40 business days after my purchase, after 7 weeks of waiting. My item was delivered shortly after.The joke is, had they told me that the item would arrive in 2 months, I probably would have still bought it, because I got a great deal on the price. But because they told me that they didn’t exactly know when they’d have that item back in their inventory, I spent a month convinced that I had been scammed and was upset about it. Why wouldn’t you just be more honest with your customers about how long the wait would be? Your competitive edge is that you have some great deals, but after weeks being stressed about whether or not I’ve been robbed, I will absolutely never buy from this business again.I was recommended this business from a friend who never had any problems, always got her items within a week. A quick skim of the other 1 star reviews shows that what happened with my order is not a one-off or an exception. Don’t buy from this business unless you’re OK receiving something months later and are willing to call weekly to check up on your order.

Kitchensmart send me a damaged kettle, which I did not notice until I went to use it for the first time. They provided no help or recourse and brushed me off to the manufacturer instead of taking care of it themselves. Wouldn’t pick anything up from this place if customer service is at all a priority for you.

I usually go out of my way to encourage Canadian companies, but I will never order from them again. I ordered a Le Creuset item online and it took many emails and phone calls to have it finally shipped after 6 weeks (I still have not received it to this day and never received a tracking number). They first told me it was out of stock" although it was available when I ordered it. They then told me it was "forgotten" in the warehouse. Also

I've ordered a lot of kitchenware from KS over the past several years. Their service and price are great. They carry some of the best brands out there usually with lots in stock. They ship super fast and items are usually received the next day. I've had some minor problems and they sort it out fast - you can call and speak to a real person. Exchanges are no problem. They have promotions and discount codes for things already on sale. What more can be said? The place is great, so my current Le Creuset order was again placed with KS.

Based on the reviews of people on the Kitchensmart website who had previous dealings with them I felt confident in making my purchase (All-Clad toaster oven). I rarely order anything online so the reviews were important. I ordered the toaster oven based on their very competitive pricing. When the reviews reported glitches it was reassuring to see that Kitchensmart staff provided ongoing support. Also, I was a bit concerned about ordering from Ontario and having it delivered to British Columbia. There was a one day delivery delay due to winter weather and road conditions in BC. Overall, I am very happy with the product, the delivery, and the support provided by Kitchensmart when I contacted them about the delivery delay. From my own experience I can readily recommend Kitchensmart.

I was so very pleased with my experience ordering from Kitchensmart! Using the 10% off code on the website, I was able to order my cookware much cheaper than any of the prices I saw on Amazon. Their customer service was outstanding- they provided telephone support and were very knowledgeable about all aspects of the pots that I was purchasing. They even took them from the shelf and measured them for me over the phone so that I was sure they would fit in my kitchen cupboards! Highly recommended as an online store with a small store feel.
