Used a Dairy Queen BOGO blizzard coupon I got in the mail. Staff laughed to each other while passing the coupon around making it seem like the coupon was not valid or something. Did not explain anything to me about why they thought it was abnormal. Zero for service. Wouldn’t order from there again based on the terrible service and attitude from staff.

I bought a cone today, I paid with cash, the lady took my money with no gloves then proceeded to make my cone without washing her hands or sanitizing.To me it feels like this location is not following protocols as well as other franchises I see in the food court, this is the DQ in phase 3 of the mall.

I paid 40$ for 2 six piece combos, with 4 extra strips & 2 gravy. They ripped me off for my 4 extra strips & 2 of those tiny gravys. Both of which accosted me 13$ total. Meaning I paid for 2/3 of a meal & now I have to explain why I'm short food & out practically 15$ after taxes.Never ordering from here again,bjust go to McDonald's or Fat burger, both are located literally nearby.

I just bought a chocolate dipped cone here today Feb18 after lunch and the woman working here did not even used a napkin while holding my cone. Her fingers touching my cone makes me want to throw it after in the garbage.

I am so impressed with the staff especially the guy there named Jaspreet, I think. He gave us awesome service . Even in such a busy day he was so energetic and happily attending every customer. The way he served us was very pleasant .I wish him n dairy queenall the success.

Believe this is the dq next to skating rink. Staff would not except a coupon from customers prior to me asking for a small glass of water which they wanted $25 for the cup. Not very friendly.
