We attended a very cursory appointment at best. To be sent on our way, without any information, assessment report or estimate, next steps or anything!.It became apparent that National Orthotics was fully anticipating and ready to process an order for us without even providing us with an estimate or assessment report of any kind.Years ago we had wonderful care and service in your office, but this recent experience coupled with terrible service for my other daughter a few years ago has left a bitter taste in our mouths.We will not be pursuing orthotics through National Orthotics Center. BIOPED North Mississauga seems to be the place to go based on their reviews. Wish I had checked there first.
