Jake's Bakes will not let you down! Great variety of gourmet butter tarts - you need to try them all, pies, cookies and scones!The new shop is great too. Get there early for best selection as these tastes are flying out the door.

Great tarts.Great service.I had a the pleasure of visiting Jake last week and left with some of the most delicious treats I've found in Barrie. A hidden treasure waiting to be found. Salted caramel tarts are 10/10!!!

Most amazing butter tarts... pecan is my favourite! The sour cherry pie is to die for, the crust just melts in your mouth... and the scones are the best in town (we lightly toast and butter them... yum!!!). Love all your treats, Jake!!

I've been ordering from Jake since he began with his home-based business and am thrilled that he has opened a shop! I love his gourmet butter tarts especially in the exciting gourmet flavours that change weekly. Nothing boring about these tarts! Also Jake is genuinely a super nice and generous guy who supports the community which is important to me as well. I wish him great success in this venture!

Everything I have tried from Jake has been delicious (I’ve tried almost everything!). My favourites have been the toblerone brownies, s’mores cookies, cheddar scones and of course, the butter tarts. Go here and you won’t be disappointed.
