We were loyal customers of this restaurant for the last couple of years, and whenever my husband went to 'pick up' our order, he would always give a good tip.However, when we decided to order our favorite dishes yesterday for New Year's Eve, we called before 4 pm to place the order and were told that we would have it delivered by 7:30 pm. Then, at 7:45 pm, when we called them to find out where our delivery was, we were put on hold several times and talked to three different people before finding out that our order was never made in the first place. Then, they said that it would be another 25 minutes to make it, plus delivery time. I asked if we could get a discount for THEIR SCREW UP, and they said that they wouldn't give us a discount. And they never apologized for not completing our order for us either!!! All they said was that 'they were very busy'. I assume they are always busy on every New Year's Eve, and should be more organized and accommodating to their customers than this.Unfortunately, we never got our Chinese Food for New Year's Eve and they will never get our business ever again!!P.S. there are many Chinese Restaurants out there to choose from, so good luck keeping the customers that you have if you treat them all like this.**

Honestly racist.Please teach the server how to give a proper service.I have already posted the video on tiktok hoping it goes viral.People deserve to be treated with respect no matter what they wear or what their skin colour is.I have recordings of how he treated people. We often pick China Garden, but last night the food was exceptional! We had sweet and sour chicken balls for the first time in ages, and they were huge and meaty, not the small, mostly dough ones we had given up on. The mandarin beef is delicious.

We got delivery from skip the dishes to the motel we stayed at. Portions are great, packaged perfect so nothing was spilled or crushed. Pricing was well worth the wait... That was not terrible but a bit long... Our hunger may have played into the wait... Will definitely be back again. Thank you for a great dinner.

Pretty solid place. You get what you expect everytime. Sweet and Sour Chicken and Shrimp are classics favorites done well. Every time I order from here it's hot, and fresh. Convenient location in the Fort Richmond area. The chicken balls are big and full of chicken, not just batter. Same with the Shrimp Balls. Solid place to order from.

We’ve ordered from China Garden for many, many years and it has usually been a good experience. Food was plentiful, fresh and tasty. But this has all changed. Our last few orders have been tasteless, cold and completely unappetizing. We ordered again last night just to see if maybe the prior times were a glitch, but sadly no. Our entire order was inedible. We called the restaurant and they said, sorry, there’s nothing we can do about that. We’re definitely done with China Garden now and that’s too bad, because it used to be good.
