the atmosphere was surprisingly quiet for early morning, cafe was nice and clean, and staff were very friendly; however it took quite a bit to straighten out my order.I asked if they had oat milk, got charged for an oatmeal (it was refunded promptly, and the staff member was very nice about it)sosince oat milk wasn't an option I ordered the butterscotch latte with soy.luckily I asked the barista making it to steam it a little less hot, because I had gotten rung in for an almond milk and honey flat white made with soy.the drink wasn't bad- considering the barista admitted to not really knowing how to make the drink.guys, make sure your staff have access to the recipe cheat sheets always, rotating menus means a lot of unfamiliarity when new items are introduced

I don't really know what is wrong with Starbucks in Canada. This is my second place in St. John’s and cappuccino is far from being smth you can call coffee. If you compare with Starbucks in Turkey or EU you can give 0 stars to Starbucks here. I am generous to put 2 stars.

I usually enjoy Starbucks but I will admit that today was a miss. The latte I got was definitely not very good and was full of grounds. They have a lovely atmosphere for a work meeting or a casual afternoon read, although I wish the music was better as they have such a peaceful atmosphere and then 'No Diggity' playing too loudly in the background

A standard Starbucks experience in St. John's newfoundland. It is located in a more commercial/industrial part of St. John's. Staff were awesome, incredibly helpful, and friendly. The location isn't the best, but it does the trick for sure! Everything I ordered was made correctly and quickly!

Very relaxing atmosphere. The young gent who made my Americano decaf was very friendly and easy going; and the coffee was spot on. It's open until 10:30 PM and that's a bonus when looking for a place to go without booze! I'll most likely be dropping by again.

Starbucks staff were helpful and friendly and the location was very clean - and busy! The atmosphere was relaxing and we had lovely time by the inside fireplace!

When you need a switch up from your regular Tim Horton's, this is the place to go! Everything tastes great and the staff is usually very helpful! Some menu items are quite expensive, but once explained as to why the prices are so high, you wouldn't mind paying up (especially after consuming the product!) Everything is fresh and delicious :) will totally be coming back next time I need my switch up!!

lovely service. the baristas are so nice and really give you that customer connection that everyone looks for! (plus their chai is sooo good!!)
