Elie came to our home to assess our AC unit. He was very thorough and determined the issue may be electrical. He provided excellent feedback on next steps I needed to do to address our electrical panel issues. He was professional, explained the issue really well, answered my questions and provided options.

Recently, I scheduled an appointment to look at Cold Air Leak from the furnace. I got an appointment within 3-4 days. My review is specifically for a gentleman, Trinity, who came out and looked at our issue and resolved it. This gentleman was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Heat Pump Experts!!! Weiss Johnson is an awesome company and I'm so happy I went with them for my heat pump installation! I dealt with Jesse Flexhaug and Don Curry and they were great. Don is so knowledgeable and passionate about heat pumps. I got a lot of quotes and took awhile to make a decision, but Don was always available to answer my questions and stayed patient with me. He was super informative and cool to hang out with. The install team was also super professional, respectful of my house, and excited about the growth of heat pumps. Thank you for helping me making my home more sustainable!!

I called weiss-johnson in order to install a heat pump to save energy and gove my home ac in the summer. Don Curry came out to my home in Fort sask just a few days later to estimate and give some information. The man was extremely informative and great to deal with. I decided, by his recommendation, to go with a tosot unit and have it installed as soon as available.They didn't disappoint. The crew showed up a few days later, and each gentleman was profession and hard working, the install took only 1 day and 1 more day to let the unit sit.Workman ship was beautiful, and i couldn't ask for more.A+ for professionalism, speed, responsiveness, and quality of work.Thanks for the hard work, boys.

Elie Haddad did a great job trouble shooting and performing maintenance on my system. His knowledge on the system made me feel confident in what he did and I would gladly have him return if I ever had an issue.I would recommend Weiss for anyone looking for work on their furnace or AC unit.

I contracted Weiss-Johnson for a new furnace, central AC, thermostat, humidifier, and hot water tank. I had several companies come out to provide a quote and recommendations. Dave from Weiss-Johnson was very thorough, knowledgeable, and happy to make recommendations to meet our specific needs. While their prices are certainly competitive, it was the positive customer feedback on installation, maintenance, and support that finalized my decision. (I have a friend who recommended WJ.)I want to give KUDOS to Caleb & Nico (and team) for a smooth and consientious installation. They were professional, polite, careful, and left our home free of debris - just as it was before they began their work. (Even with a troublesome bend in our existing chimney.) They also took the time to discuss equipment placement options before installation and how to use our new hardware/thermostat. It's always somewhat stressful having a big job like this done. And I can't recommend these young gentlemen enough to anyone who is in need.

From Eli to Curtis and Craig, these guys were so professional. Highly skilled. Curtis and Craig did the installation and my house was a very difficult job but they were professional and no corners cut. Superb Technical experts.My job was one of the more difficult.Eli was amazing as the system wasn’t quite 100% and he did a service call / start-up and everything is perfect because of his knowledge and expertise.You want these guys so ask for them by name! I’m so happy with my new AC ductless split system for my house.!

I worked with Don at Weiss Johnson recently for the quote and install of a heat pump and a tankless water heater in my home. I shopped around and had quotes from 4 other companies in Edmonton. Don was the only one that would talk to me about a cold-climate heat pump, and knew all the ins' and outs'. Don was extremely knowledgeable and very responsive to my many many questions. Don was always available and very responsive and timely. Matt did all the install work, was professional, and thoughtful for how to run their plumbing to make the best use of our space and cognizant of future work we're planning. Tannis, Scott and Eddie did the install of AC, hot water tank and thermostat in my home and did an awesome job.Their communication throughout the process on when water was getting turned off, how to use the hot water tank/ AC, maintenance, etc was great. I also appreciated when Eddie the electrician arrived that he introduced himself so I knew he was part of the team.Tannis, Scott and Eddie gave my dog so much love. I appreciated they kept the basement door or gate closed so she didn’t get hurt or out.It was a very seamless process from quote to install to payment.You can tell the team cares about doing a good job, and loves what they do.
