Fair price, cheaper than other top end painters and excellent work. Larry had assigned the job to Malcolm - worth every penny. Malcolm put on 3 coats for the walls and 2 for the ceilings, he went above standard. The paint cuts (where wall meets the trim or ceiling) is impeccable. The former tenant upstairs had been a hoarder and lived in filth. Specifically, his apartment required significant plaster repairs, together with painting throughout the entire building.
