Very disappointing experience. I understand the travel industry has had many challenges during Covid19 but challenges can reveal true colors. The wedding we were attending was cancelled. After we asked for a refund (knowing we would at best receive a credit) our agent rebooked us, without our consent, for the alternate date 6 months later and sent us an invoice for $1000 more. When we reiterated we would not be travelling on the alternate dates, she said she would “try” to remove us from the booking but since we didn’t respond to her email for several weeks (actually only 8 days) it might not be possible. We didn’t appreciate the exaggeration of time or the tone of her email. She was very unapologetic. The communication was poor and assumptions created a very dissatisfying experience. We did end up getting travel credits for the original amount with some persistence on our end but it was more difficult then it should have been. I would book your travel elsewhere.

Krysta is absolutely awesome when it comes to matching your needs on your trip. My choice for travel company and personal. Destination weddings is her specialty.
