Last August I faced one of the most difficult moments of my life. I was going back home after having drunk a couple of beers at my friend's home. At some point I just missed a car beside me when changing the lane and the police pulled me out right away. I had an open can of beer beside me and it was still cold. The police found it and arrested me. At Police Station, I blowed 152mg, almost the double of the limit that is 80mg. I was about to apply for PR and I couldn't have a criminal record. A paralegal referred David to me and I was so afraid in the beginning because of my limited budget. David was very welcoming, listened carefully the details, then explained me the process I would face. His attitude made me feel comfortable and confident, and he charged me a very affordable price as well. Really, even paying for his services, I was in doubt if ANY lawyer could save me in those circumstances. On the other hand, he was always calm, all looked so simple for him. I don't know how, but he MADE it!!! And he got it on the pretrial hearing. I couldn't believe, my case didn't even go to trial, unbelievable! He got an agreement with the prosecutor where I just plead guilty for careless driving (minimum $400, maximum $2000), and again he surprised me, he got the minimum fine of $400 for me! During that period he was polite, responsive and attentive to my questions, always answering my emails promptly. I am very happy with his services and for sure I would refer David as a lawyer. He went over my expectations!

This guy is not telling the truth when it says he will give you a free consult. He charged us $1750 plus tax to tell us he couldn’t improve the verdict on our case . I talked to him about it on the phone then he said he would look at the case girb$1750 plus tax - he did and charged us this much to say he couldn’t help us. But I guess he had to charge us $1750 plus tax to say he couldn’t help us. So when he says free consult he is not telling the truth. What a great way to start with a lawyer - but we found a great one who was able to reduce my son’s driving DUI for he wasn’t drinking he was taking prescribed meds so his new lawyer had the case reduced. So don’t use this guy.

When I first interacted with David, I noticed that he was direct and didn't waste any time. I valued this because I was under high stress with the charges (DUI, DUI bodily harm etc..). The very first conversation he took his time and listened to me and my situation. This was my first experience needing a lawyer and it was exceptional. He was easy to communicate with, I only had to meet with him once in-person, everything else was done over the phone which was convenient for me given my work schedule. I'm sure there was a lot of work to be done in the background that I didn't know about, but David took care of it all and really took the time to make me feel like he was focusing on my case.I would recommend David if you are looking for representation and can't thank him enough for everything!

I would like to thank David for his work on my case.  I was referred to David by a friend who has a lot of experience with lawyers (she is a former police officer) so I figured I would be in good hands.  She recommended David but I also saw two other lawyers just in case and I didn't like those others.  And David exceeded the expectations.  He made me immediately comfortable during our first meeting when we discussed the case.
