I had a truly wonderful experience here and purchased a Jenny Packham gown, my dream dress! Natasha and the ladies were warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, professional, and engaged. Appropriate undergarments were provided where needed, and the service was impeccable. Finding the right gown is an important endeavour and not without some anxiety. I could not have wished for a more pleasurable experience. I would highly recommend White Montreal.

White has a beautiful selections of gowns, if you are looking for a dress I️ would highly suggest using Natasha as your consultant. She really takes her time to understand what you want and helps you find the dress even though you feel like you’ve tried on a million.However, the store owner Andrea is less than organized. Once the deposit is made, you have to chase after the store for fittings and follow ups. I️ made a deposit for a dress and bridesmaid dresses in early JuneI️ was told it takes eight to tens months for a dress to be produced so an ideal time for a fitting would be early September or late August. I️ did not hear from the store once the deposit was made, in the end of August I️ called to remind them to book a fitting date, and they gave me one. Andrea needed to cancel said appointment to a later time. She gave me another date in September but needed to confirm the time as she is the only one who can measure for fittings. Once again, she never got back to me with a time. I️ had to call the store several times and sent several emails to remind them.I️ decided to cancel my dress completely, not remembering my deposit was non refundable. She said she would send us an email confirming that the deposit would be used as a store credit. It is now November and no such email has been sent. When I️ confronted her about this she said she was busy with weddings and hadn’t had the time but has not fortten.All I️ can say is think twice about putting your deposit as it is non refundable and Andrea is less than accommodating once you have paid.

Natasha gave us the warmest welcome and was by far the most kind and knowledgable about the dress designers, materials, styles etc. I can't imagine having a better experience than this one. White is the epitome of amazing customer service. Thank you.

I absolutely loved White! They have a beautiful collection and they were incredibly accommodating and helpful and patient while I searched for my dress. I in particular cannot recommend Natasha more! She really went above and beyond to hear out any of my concerns and she expertly offered fantastic advice and feedback and feasible options on what we can do for my dress to help me realize my vision. The dress itself was custom-sized which was a must for me as I'm quite short and then it was altered to perfection by their seamstress Mila with Natasha accompanying me through every appointment. Their gowns are certainly gorgeous but the staff there really make the experience there magical. The bridal world can be busy and chaotic with so many options and opinions but the girls at White really are experts at what they do and they really help you navigate all the possible options and looks and help you realize your true look and vision so that you feel and look your best! I could not recommend this boutique more!

This was by far the best bridal experience I’ve had. I was late to the appointment and she was super understanding considering it was F1 weekend. Mariana was the one that took care of me during the appointment and she was so patient and nice to deal with, it felt more like a friend than anything. She offered to try and get me the exact dresses I wanted from their other boutique in Toronto. I was able to leave with a note that had all the dresses I loved, their names, designer and price which was very helpful and the best part is I was able to take pictures!! Which is something that was not doable at other places. All this to say I seriously enjoyed going there and I’m already planning my 2nd visit. Definitely recommend and absolutely love the designers they carry!

You gals gave me the best customer service experience ever and made the whole dress shopping and dress fitting experience so special. My dress was delivered to the hotel I was getting ready at, perfectly pressed and packaged so it would be crease-free. Enough about my personal experience, here's what you need to know: the selection of dresses and accessories is so tasteful and constantly renewed. You will be treated as family as soon as you step in. My husband and I can't thank you guys enough!

From my first visit to White, I felt at home. They truly know how to make us feel like princesses, listening to us and being extremely patient. I had the pleasure to working with Katherine and Natasha at first and by the time I had chosen my dress, it was as if I had gained new friends. Even with the way they take the measurements, it is so detailed and precise, there is no room for error. Once my dress arrived, it was as though Natasha was even more excited to see it on me than I was! From the trials, to helping me pick my shoes and earrings, and answering my billion questions (including the day before the wedding), they truly care. They do NOT disappoint. My expectations were even surpassed, I can’t thank them enough. Special thank you to Natasha. Love you! (Too bad we can’t keep on buying wedding dresses at our anniversaries) :)

Great experience. Bought my dress here and the guy helping me was so king and patient and helpful. He really made the experience so great and he took the time to really get to know me and my style. Also stayed within the budget which I appreciate. Definitely would recommend :)

If I had the option on a 6th star, I would certainly give WHITE MONTRÉAL a 6/5! Natasha and Kathleen were beyond helpful! Truly genuine and honest. They exceeded my expectations, especially after flying to Toronto twice and seeing dresses at Kleinfield (were I was not too impressed by their pushy sales tactics).Natasha is extremely knowledgeable, not only regarding the designers but also the workmanship that goes into these dresses. We immediately developed an excellent rapport and she addressed all of our needs with pleasure and expertise.We were surprised to hear she wasn’t the owner —thank you Natasha, we had a great day!

My experience at white was really amazing. I had the pleasure of being helped by Ariana, who was a sweetheart from beginning to end. The entire team was patient, welcoming and so kind throughout, even if I did not purchase anything in the end.
