Deliveries are always a breeze with Rich behind the wheel. He checks the order to make sure it is right before off loading the truck. He is pleasant and courteous to deal with and always goes above and beyond with his customer service. Definitely an asset to the SafetyExpress organization!

Excellent service! I needed some restoration products after a flood in my basement. Ordered items online and it was ready the next day. Very courteous and friendly staff. Hoping I never need their services again but if I do, I am confident Safety Express will have what I need. Very satisfied and looking forward to restoring my home.

I have been tortured with the worst customer service I have encountered in recent memory over the last two weeks. I have spent over 30 k at this location over the years, not that that should matter, and their treatment of me is frustrating and disturbing. 18 months ago I bought some very expensive equipment there and they sold me a knock off assessory that was wrong and actually caused the machine to malfunction causing more damage than good. By chance I discovered this part was wrong and asked for the proper piece to be provided as thats what I had paid for clearly, not a part that doesnt go with my machine. Matt, the operations manager, would not take my word that I had been provided the wrong part and actually had to call the manufacturer to confirm. Even while he subsequently acknowledged I had the wrong part he was firm that I should also buy the new one as it was over 30 days. At that point I was well aware customer service was not his priority. I pay full price for items at safety express because I had wrongly assumed that they were experts and stood behind their advice. After my frustrating experience these past two weeks I found that they were neither. So Matt finally agreed to provide me the proper part that I had paid for but not yet been provided - never mind the lost income trying to make this erroneous set up work. It took nearly a week for him to get it into our hands all while our project was on total hold. Once it arrived it also became apparent he had replaced it with a cheaper version and not the one I had purchased originally. I think he saved 40 dollars in this process. This error that happened 18 months ago has cost me thousands of dollars in lost productivity. Matt is too busy to come see the results of the error and subsequently I believe he has no understanding of the issue or purpose of the tool. I found him to be sarcastic and self absorbed. He told me he could not meet me as he had a operation to run meanwhile showed me no understanding of our operation. I understood that to mean he was too busy for me and I could not possibly be as busy as him. I will not be subjecting myself to any more torture at the hands of safety express and their operations manager.It is now roughly 19 months later and I still do not have the part I paid for. Matt uses word like free. If the part is wrong and I paid for the right part, free is not the right word to use. It seemed clear to me that he tried to spin the problem back onto me and make it my fault. Goodbye Safety Express. Deal direct with manufacturer if you can is my best advice.

Poor service, lacking in communication, items missing or not as described on their website, terrible customer service..... After a two month long ordeal trying to get the online orders I placed, for a remediation job, from Safety Express here's what I have to say: If you are cleaning up after an emergency or, your livelihood depends on remediation supplies for jobs, you cannot rely on this company to follow through on what you order online. They are poor communicators (do not provide tracking information or order updates), orders arrive late and to incorrect addresses, items are missing and orders incomplete (they forgot" to send items listed in my original email order confirmation and make no effort to rectify this)
