Budget T-Shirt Ltd

I purchased some T shirts from Budget recently, which I have done several times previously.I was greeted by a lovely woman that helped me choose and select colours etc.To the say the very least, Suzie was exceptionally knowledgeable, personable, mannerly with super people skills and presented herself beautifully.Budget is very fortunate to have this wonderful lady.

*Updated to add*-I received a refund statement from Budget, refunding the entire amount of my order, including shipping. No other communication or explanation or apology. Communication is definitely not their strong suit, but they have tried to rectify the situation.Original review:I won’t be ordering from this company again. I’m not sure what has happened. I ordered on a Monday, received a phone call on Wednesday that stock numbers on the website were incorrect, so a couple items were not in stock. I changed my order to in-stock items, and was told they would ship the next day. A week later, I check the website and see that my order is still open. I ask why, and then received an updated order, with no tracking information. I have asked several times for the tracking number, and keep getting an order confirmation. Look, if you made a mistake and forgot to ship my order until I inquired about it, say so. To keep sending me more of the same information you’ve already sent is just annoying. I haven’t done much business here, and this is the last time I will order. Go to S&S or Sanmar.

I have been a customer for years, my orders can be processed on time and they are restocking, feels like things are back on track

Budget sent me the wrong size shirts. They won't admit their mistake. They claimed it was my error. I even double checked. They said no but that I could exchange with a 20% restocking fee. Such ridiculously bad service.

Best customer service I’ve experienced!I’ve been searching for a good quality blank garment supplier after dealing with the countless issues with my previous supplier. I decided to give budget a shot and they’ve been beyond amazing. They have a showroom to stop by and see the products, which is a game changer compared to blindly ordering and hoping for the best.

Budget T has been nothing but amazing so far. Been ordering from them for the past 2 months and we’ve always been amazed by their prices and service.On our last visit, Susie helped us pick up samples and guided us through out the whole process.Will be coming back again and again.

Not sure what happened to this company. Used to be great, but now the service is just awful. Our company has put in a handful orders in the last month and every-time there was an issue. Including just full on forgetting to put our orders in. The employees do not take any accountability for their lack of competence. There is no communication between their front of house staff and the warehouse. Just plain horrible service all around. They get mad at you when you don't know where to go(even if its your first time there). Called us liars when we tried to speak to someone on the phone about their service. Extremely rude. Never again.

well, well, well... it took some time. Looks like the new management is getting it together, I'm glad. My backorder did take some time which was clearly communicated with me so no complaints. Just so happy to have my order correct and given on time.

The last time I went in to pick up my shirts in store the receptionist was crying and two Chinese coworkers were yelling in their office, which was IN THE SAME ROOM as the reception lounge. I could literally see and hear everything. I felt so bad for the receptionist I didn't know what to say or do, I was in shock... After four years I'm moving my business elsewhere.Just okay" now. Used to be awesome at their old location with the original owners 3-4 years ago. Nothing is ever in stock anymore besides "Vancouver Apparel" which I feel they have developed in house and all-inned on
