Lots of selection. The staffs were very friendly with kids. They smiled and gave warm feelings to my toddlers. And they were patient and understanding of toddlers' seemingly wild behaviors(e.g., running around, touching everything or screaming when excited), which makes shopping with little kids a lot more comfortable. They were helping in making choices or looking for sizes. Even at the end I had to go before buying anything because the kids were dragging me to the food court instead, the girls there were still smiling and made me feel understood and not judged. I will definitely come back.

Clean and light shopping floor. Shopping space is big and comfortable. Music provided. Fitting room is available. Price is not bad for those items are on sale. Check out time is fast. Credit cards accepted. The employee is very nice and friendly. Located inside Metrotown shopping mall. Free mall parking available. Public washrooms available nearby.

The staff was friendly and the clothing is quite economical and nice so I used to shop here a lot. The online shopping experience isn't so good if you pick up in store at this location. I also don't recommend that you do online returns here.My 2 most recent experiences weren't very nice. The first time, I made a purchase online and the refund went on a gift card because I didn't bring the original credit card with me so I had to make another purchase to use up the credit.The second time, I went to pick up an order and only half of the order was in the bag. I had to insist that the whole order was ready for pick up as per the email confirmation. The manager that day was especially unpleasant and made it seem like my fault. I think the on-line system is messy so it stresses out the staff?

Always great deal on children's clothing. They grow like weeds and always need new sizes.

Love buying clothes here. Store super spacious and kept neat.

The staff are rude, and make it clear that they have no interest in helping you. While processing my transaction, the lady was talking to her colleague the whole time.When I asked if the return credit could be put on the gift card I already have she just says “no.” By all means, it’s fine if they don’t; but it’s the delivery and interaction (or lack thereof) that customers remember.

At the center of Metro town shopping mall. Quiet convenience for all shopper. A huge amount of stuff for baby and kids. Staff is so friendly, you can ask any thing you want. All items combine very clearly that easy to fine.Some items sales up to 30%.I will be back here soonest
