Salmon Lake Resort
We have been coming here now for 3 years. A out of the way popular spot in the Douglas Lake Ranch. The pool that is back open which was a great relief as this is not a swimming lake.

The staff is friendly. The sites are nice. Washrooms clean. The park needs a bit of updating but the kids still had lots of fun. The pool wasn't open yet, which would have been nice on the hot days.

Salmon Lake Resort
For the past 8 years, my best friend and I run away to our amazing cabin for a couple nights of beauty, peace and relaxation. There’s no other place quite like this! The cabins are always clean, managers so friendly and we enjoyed the pool!!There are boats at the lake if you want to fish, but you can just go for a walk and or bicycle. Go for a swim or just sit and read by the fire.. either way, it’s all peaceful and perfect.

Basic cabins, no fish biting. There seems to be climate change impacts affecting water quality of fresh water lakes. It is quiet and staff are helpful.

We've been coming here for many years. Fishing is a bit moody; often algae blooms, and certainly We've had poor luck in the summer. However, the staff are super friendly and helpful and the pool is a super hit with the kids.

Unfortunately the lake had turned so fishing was not so good but everything else was awesome. Would definitely go again but different time of year. Was very hot. Thanks for the experience.

A very nice resort. Idyllic surroundings! Nice fish! Only two suggestions:1. The busy times (like weekends etc) the dock is not big enough to dock all the boats.2. The sani dump is poorly designed. A short tight corner to turn to line up to dump. Tough for longer trailers. Very little line up" space for those waiting. A congestion gong show at checkout."

Friendly hosts! Cabins clean but very basic! Sites are on an open field and had no trees so verrry hot in the summer. Couldn’t use picnic tables as tall weeds hadn’t been cut around them. Very, very windy there so limited fishing time. We certainly won’t be back.
