Looks like their top priority for booking exam is for the students who bought their two week training program. For ppl who bought online learning, they don't even care when or where you are going to take your exam. For online learning options, there's not even a contact person to ask any questions, you are basically on your own. The textbook is full of typos and mistakes. Good luck if you bought the online learning option. PS. same thing, their staff never pick up the phone. Thanks for being supportive.

Well been calling yesterday, either busy or can’t live message as mail box is full. Edmonton Thursday 2020. Been calling always mail box full.. I don’t get it.
