We have had the pleasure of hiring Ironwood Shake & Tile three times over the last ten years to replace three cedar shake roofs with metal shakes. They re-roofed our house in 2010, our workshop/carport in 2016 and have just finished with our studio roof. It was a positive experience every time as the Ironwood team was knowledgeable, skilled, hard-working and efficient. They stuck with their original quote and were completely trustworthy. Our new roof looks great! We had looked at re-roofing with asphalt/duroid shingles but, as our existing roof with the supposed 40-year product of that type only lasted 22 years, we decided to bite the bullet on the cost and replace it with metal roofing from Ironwood. And as a previous reviewer has said, we don't plan on re-roofing again during our lifetime. The hardest part was deciding on the right colour for our roof. But Len and Dave stepped up to help in this regard and even placed some large samples up on our roof in advance so that we could make a well-informed decision. The roofing installers - Greg and Tom - did an excellent job from start to finish including cleanup. We've had many compliments on our new roof from friends and neighbours. Thanks, Ironwood!

We are writing to tell you all how delighted we are with our new Ironwood Shake Roof. Brad and his crew is the reason for our complete satisfaction. They started work on a Tuesday and they were finished on Friday, just like he said he would be. We could not be more impressed with how they left the yard every day. After they finished they cleaned up all the metal. Brad was very communicative. He kept us informed and up to date.To say that we are elated with how our roof looks would be an understatement. We had an Ironwood roof installed a couple of years ago and have been very happy with it. Recently, we had a home inspection as we were selling our house and the inspector mentioned that there was moisture coming into the attic of our roof. I called Ironwood to have them come look at it and they responded promptly and professionally. They had someone come inspect our roof the next day and ultimately fix our problem which turned out not to be related to our roof at all. And they waived any fees for the service drop-in to boot! Truly appreciate the great service from Ironwood and would recommend them to anyone.

We loved the work Ironwood did 2 years ago putting our roof on. The roof looks great and the roofers were an amazing team, super considerate and communicative. Been waiting a little long on snow guards, however I just got word that we're on the waitlist and it should be imminent. Once the snow rail is on, I'm happy to give them 5 stars. Will then highly recommend!
