Great place to train. Friendly staff and members. This is my favorite gym I've been to in decades (and I've been to a lot). I definitely recommend Fitness Force for anyone looking to get in or stay in shape.

Updated to 5 stars. Recently renovated after ownership change. Nice facelift, new machines and completely updated room for classesOriginal review:24 hours, good selection of equipment. Even at peak times you usually have a solid selection of machines. Side room is taken up by classes sometimes.
