My family and I have used them in the past and for our most recent home purchase. Things are a bit different due to COVID-19 but Ada, Lori, and the rest of the team are always responsive to any questions we may have. They are available through email, phone or video conference throughout the day. They are so easy to get a hold of, which is highly appreciated right before a big move.I strongly recommend them and will continue to use them in the future.

First time home buyers. We were stressed about our first purchase but this company has a good automated system for providing you with all the information about how and when things should occur. There were a few errors on paperwork but there team made the necessary changes quickly to proceed with the transaction. All in all, happy with the outcome.

Very expensive. $900 per property just to add my wife to title for a renewal. The going rate is for to $400-$450. Ouch
