Service irréprochable, ils utilisent des pièces de qualité. J'ai eu plusieurs véhicule neuf et le service n'a jamais été aussi bon que chez R.S. Auto.

Ça fait plusieurs années que je fait affaire avecR S Auto toujours aussi satisfaite qu'au premier jour.

I bought a car from RS Auto, the service during our transaction was good. There was not any mechanical shop around the area that was open/available. So I took the dealer's word when he told me that the car was inspected by his mechanic and the vehicle is in great working shape and doesn't need mechanical work.The following morning the car did not want to start...After towing it to a local mechanical shop since the battery wasn't the problem, they concluded that the starter was rusted entirely and not functional. As well, to pass the vehicle safety inspection, I needed to change the struts + alignment.So my advice, don't trust the owner's claims about the car mechanical, either he knew about these problems and chose to lie about them, or a mechanic never verified the car.After spending close to an additional $2000 on the car (including plastic car mats), my car was finally ready to be registered. When I got to Service Ontario, I was told I needed the dealers' tax number since it was missing from the bill of sale. So, I called and texted him and never got an answer back after three days. On the fourth day, I got a hold of the secretary, and she was able to give me the number needed. After going to service Ontario for a second time / only one day left before my temporary licence plate expires, I was able to finalize everything.
