We chose this location because it was less than 3 km away from where we were moving to and from. We started with 1/4 tank of gas and topped it up with about 5 litres of gas just before returning (although we probably didn’t even use half that amount). At the end though, we were charged for almost 40 km of driving which we didn’t do, as well as 11 litres of gas, which we didn’t use and a $30 extra charge for refueling, which we didn’t need.The place was convenient, the equipment was fine, but I could do without the scamming and at the end.If we ever rent from here again, we’ll definitely take a picture of the fuel gauge and odometer once the vehicle is back in the lot.Also, it was a little tricky to find. There’s no office but you go to the address, to the lot at the back (don’t bother the poor folks at the event rental company in unit 106) and once you’re in the parking lot, call the phone number of this location and someone will guide you on what to do. They answer the phone and your questions quite promptly, which is great.
