Awesome experience when needed most. Sewage backup on New Year's day. Called to leave message at 10pm and Jim picked up and tried to walk me through fix that night. Set appointment for Sunday but weather was bad and Jim tried to walk me through possible solutions again. He told me if I could make it until Monday morning I would save $$. Monday 8am got call with service time and Jim even set appointment with another company to empty tank after they fixed problem. Fantastic communication from their whole team. I learned how a septic tank works while they fixed issue.

I can't recommend this company enough. Our septic pump went out and their team was able to get out to us quickly and get the issue handled. Their team member was incredibly kind, helpful, and willing to answer any questions I had about the repair process. I'm so appreciative we were able to work with JNJ and will continue to contact them in the future for any work we need done.

I called and spoke to Jim at 8:15 in the morning due to my septic backing up.. They responded quickly and had my situation resolved by 10am. Polite professional crew. I was impressed enough with the response and professionalism that I am setting them up for my filter cleaning every 6 months. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of good service.

Had a drain field installed and the guys did great work, months later had my alarm go off and the they came out the next day and readjusted my alarm float which had gotten loose. Fixed it and were on their way. Simple fix, no charge, thanks guys.

Jim is amazing. He walked me through step by step over the phone to help me diagnose the problem with my septic alarm AT NO CHARGE! It's rare to find a business owner who cares more about the people than the money and Jim is that guy. Other companies I called in the area wanted nearly $400 just to come take a look. JNJ diagnosed over the phone and explained that I don't need any help if I am willing to get my hands a little muddy*. I will call JNJ first before anyone else and hope you do the same.
