My washer broke down and we were waiting for a part to repair it... I had two weeks worth of laundry so I had to go. I dreaded the idea of using a laundry mat because some are not clean. I drove up from Grimsby to Smithville to use the laundry mat there.I was not disappointed- very clean overall. The machines were big and efficient. I spent $40, on about 11 loads.But the owner happened to be working this particular Saturday- it felt like chatting with an old friend, very pleasant very helpful... just overall a vert good experience.

Joanne was so kind and friendly. She was able to save me money by cleaning and removing a stain out of a baptismal gown, and she had it back to me long before the event.

Beautiful clean facility, well taken care of. Sharon is always a treat; prices are competitive. The laundromat has staff on-site to help 6 days a week during the day, which makes it more secure when wanting to do other errands while waiting on loads.

Very clean but required mask sign on window but young girl refuses to wear a mask. Says employees don't have to after we asked her if she was vaccinated and she said no. Not to impressed

Clean, convenient and reasonably priced laundry service....employees are very friendly and welcoming. The wash and fold is an excellent option for those busy weeks. Thank you to the owners for keeping a laundry facility in Smithville

Relatively average laundromat. Prices are above average :( . Washers and dryers are relatively modern and there are 3 large washers :) . Nobody was attending onsite when I was there :( . There is a change machine onsite. It's good to have a laundromat in a small town but it could do better.
