Spall Medical Clinic & Walk-In

I arrived at opening on a Saturday morning to find a long line. No one came out to address this line and at around 9:20, they let the first party (only) enter the clinic. I left after waiting another 10 minutes given we could no longer even see anyone at the front desk and had no indication that the situation would improve.I'm grateful for free health care but the inefficiency demonstrated and lack of compassion to even address the line or let people wait inside where it is warm is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

I had to have a drivers medical as I hold a class 1 license.To my surprise, I was seen by one of the nicest doctors that I have ever met in my life.Other than having to line up early first thing in the morning, this is a very nice clinic to go to.I only wish the doctor who gave me my drivers medical could be my personal physician. That's how nice this doctor is.I want to thank this clinic for that experience.

I travel for work and therefore go to a lot of walk in clinics. This clinic was fast and efficient. I'm seeing a lot of negative reviews about bad customer service with reception, but as for my visit I had friendly service. The receptionist did have to turn away a few people as she would be overbooking, but she was never rude when saying no. I recommend coming about an hour before opening to ensure you get a spot. I arrived a half hour before opening and there was about ten people ahead of me and maybe only ten people that got in after me. Very limited spots. The doctor was professional and attentive, and answered all my medical questions. I think this is a great clinic.

I'm tired and losing my mental health with the doctors here. My knees were swollen and it was very difficult to walk and work. The result of the test in my country is that I have gout. And I want to continue to maintain because I pay taxes in this country. I've been waiting since morning ready to carry blood test results The doctor told me to check again. and had to wait another two weeks. It's a delay in healing. The result was thalassemia. Which I know very well but I want to treat the swollen knee. There is no cure, no medication, and no monthly blood tests. Is what do I have to do with wasting time by the benefit country? There will be no cure or what?

Staff was very friendly, even under the circumstances of being overwhelmed with patient intake. Doctor Segres was very helpful and cool and there was also another doctor I saw and he was great as well. Thanks guys!

They do accept walk-ins, but i visited them at 9 am their was lineup’s and i waited half an hour and got served by receptionist she told me that i can come back at 12:30. I was amazed that where could i wait for 3 hours and i had no choice.

- Very busy walk in clinic for a reason as the doctors are high quality!- But yes, calling is very difficult to get through. You just have to keep calling back- You can't just show up for an appointment (in-person) (as mentioned on the door and Medimap)- Overall, I've always been treated with respect here and would recommend it to others

My first visit to this walk-in clinic. Nice and clean! Ruby is so nice and friendly!

Racist front desk…. She let a local lady choose a later appointment time to come back to the clinic right before us, but refused to let me choose when it was my turn. And said to me if you want to come to the clinic in the afternoon then get back in line. I already explained to her that my wife and I are going to check on her pregnancy with the obgyn in the morning, but she still refused and told us too bad. Disappointing how she handled us compared to locals.
