We have worked with Khal from BIE on three projects now and he has been great to work with! He has always been punctual and straightforward with exactly what needs to be done. I always receive the documentation within a few days of his visit which is great as we are always on a time crunch with permits. Whenever someone needs an engineer he is the only person I recommend working with.

They helped engineer our sunroom extension and did it in a timely, professional yet personal manner. The process was simple for me to understand as I was an individual looking to do simple upgrades. You dont need to be a big company to deal with engineers and they made feel valued as a small client. I ended up using them again for others projects. Highly recommend.

Our Contractor hired them for the removal of a load bearing wall and replacing it with a beam. Once we started our renovation there was a problem with the engineered measurements. they were able to come out and help sort out the problem but it did put my renovation a week behind schedule.
