Highland Farms
Very, very racist. Staff seems rude, lazy, and completed uninterested in their work and any shred of customer service. One staff member spoke to my mother as though she were a toddler simply because her English is broken. Even the other customers are extremely rude and hostile. I would not recommend visiting at all. There’s clearly a reason why they have such few locations and why this specific one was completely empty.

Today is an anniversary of my wife's passing. I wanted to buy one rose to put near her portrait beside the candle. But the store sells roses only in dozens. I asked in customer service if I can buy just one rose and was told no. So I asked for the produce manager and explained my situation to him. I was eager to pay for it but instead he told me to chose the one I liked and take it for free. This is a very small gesture but it brought a tear to my eye and showed to me that unlike someone in customer service" he didn't say "no

Great selection of imported products. I always come for Panettone and the variety is amazing. The produce is fresh and the meat is great, good cuts and quality. This location seems fairly new, well organized, clean and with washrooms. The staff is courteous and very friendly, specially the chef in the pastry section. The way you go in and out of the supermarket is a bit weird, most grocery stores allow you to use any door for entry and exit.

I recently popped into the store just needing a celery. The celery on the shelf were all old so I asked a young employee on the floor to please see about going into the back and bring out some fresh stalks. He brought me to his supervisor and I asked her the same nicely. She immediately said NO. I said ok I’ll just go shop elsewhere and I left. They just lost a customer. I’ll make sure to let all my friends know and encourage them to shop elsewhere as well.

The cashiers are always so nice, the store is always clean and organized.I love they have some of my good mexican selection items like my hot sauce Valentina" if you are not fan of super spice sauce get the yellow label

The best choice of fresh meets of all types. Also amazing choice of cheeses including pretty exclusive. A lot of discounts and unbeatable prices for long list of groceries. Everything is always fresh and great quality. Overall, highly recommended store.

First time shopping in fresh meat section. EXCEPTIONAL!! Cleaniness and freshness is very impressive. I was immediately acknowledged as I waited for my turn. Betty, one of the service people, not only cut and packaged my selection very quickly, based on how I wanted, but also suggested recipe!! I will definitely be back. Great overall store with caring customer service.

I love going to this grocery store! Their selection of deserts is always lovely and tasty :-P Their prices are also very low for the high quality products you can get. I personally believe their prices and quality are both much better than any other high end grocery store like metro, or loblaws! The staff are always nice and helpful, and you can always find them around the store, unlike some store where it seems like no one works or knows anything. Quality is also always fresh, especially their deli section is always full of many options!

The most luxurious grocery store with the worst cashier & customer service. People who work at this store are so unsatisfied with their job that they inflict that on you; consequently, totally ruin the experience shopping here. It’s a very luxury store with the best products; nevertheless, cashiers ruin the shopping experience.
