Hi I love Canadian Tire it's theGreatest store I don't think thatTheres anything you won't findAnd they are very helpful andThe car repair shop they haveI think it's about 6 bayes wereThey do car repairs, oil changes,New tires, a full electronics andCD, S & DVD, S a hole selectionOf bands, music, movies you name it.They are located in Hauksbury Ontario on hwy 17 East going to Montreal on the left side of the hwy can't miss it.My name is Gerald Stroud IamA level 5 Local Guide working for Google Maps.

Wow not sure what to say other than I'm really disappointed right now. I ordered a bearing for my truck before Easter and decided to call them after a week because they never called. The young lad said that the file was closed and the part was never ordered! Says that it is now ordered. Called back on the Friday 3 times no answer. I ended up having to drive there myself. 2 people at the counter. An adult who was serving a line up of people and that young man chat'n up a storm with another fellow. After waiting several minutes listening to a ridiculous conversation between the two I had no choice but to step in. He then stated that he hadn't received the part yet. Today I called and again no answer so I hung up and called back again emmediatly. After countless rings someone finaly answered and put me on hold for 28 minutes. This time the adult that served me stated they don't have it,not even at the warehouse. Not at all what I was told by the young fellow from the beginning. What a major waist of my time and a huge loss of revenue over these 2 weeks.

They have everything you need for your home. Second best retail after Costco

This store, much like many stores in Hawkesbury, do not want anglophone customers. All of the signage in the store is predominantly in french with english so small that it's almost undetectable. Apparently, they think that they're in Quebec, not Ontario.I will find better places to spend my money.

Matt the service manager and Dave the service advisor were awesome! Professional and honest.

Made an appointment for an alignment and arrived 10 mins early. The supervisor told me they could not honor my appointment because one vehicle was stuck in one bay and the other bay was just occupied by another vehicle doing an alignment.. I asked why I was not contacted the morning of as they knew first thing that they would not be able to accept my appointment. She (the supervisor) told me she was very busy today. Is that an excuse for bad service today? There was no apology for their mistake or lack of professionalism, instead I was offered to leave my car for the day and if there was a cancellation they may be able to fit me in. Unless you have nothing else to do and live beside the store, who is able to do that? Not a solution. The next appointment I was offered I decided to take after trying to find somewhere else to take my car but would have had to wait a month. However it was booked. It was some of the worst service I have experienced in a long while. Had I had an option, I would have taken it no question.

This place is the entrance of Quebec, if you are afraid of speaking French, they speak both languages.Nice people!

The guys in the service department were great. I had a warning light and they checked it,explained everything that needed to be done and fixed everything in a timely matter. Very polite, friendly, and experienced. Thanks
