Worst customer service, sent me a defective bottle of juice, the top dripper was stuck to the lid so it was deemed useless. I contacted customer service via email, they requested the product back and that I foot the bill for return shipping, and Canada post is not cheap.I asked them them send either a prepaid return shipping label, a store credit or a coupon code. They denied any one of the 3 suggestions.I mentioned that I have spent almost $2000 in the last couple of years with them and still nothing on their part.So much for loyalty and customer service.You have lost my business.

According to their website they had what I needed. Drove out to find they didn't have anything I came for. Staff said they sent some back to make room for new. That would make sense if the coils I wanted have only been able a few months. As for flavors....no 3mg in stock for anything I wanted. Would not recommend this location

Have never visited the store but have bought online numerous times. Great pricing and quick delivery. Had some issues with a tank I bought from them a while ago, they sent me a replacement product without hassle. Don’t hesitate to buy from here!

Take your receipt, as they quietly overcharged me. I noticed overcharge of over $20 for two packs . When I show them my bank statement they refuse to cooperate. The store in Brampton has very rude and aggressive owner. The so called customer service' is a joke

So excited that they finally opened a store in Mississauga. As always the staff is super helpful and the stock is awesome. I found an item which was even sold out on there website. Will always go to this store.

Staff was helpful, new tanks, coils, emergency juice... Unfortunately the juice is 6 mg not the 3 I asked for... On me I should have checked!
