Prairie Oxygen

Jacqueline was awesome! She explained everything I could possibly need to know regarding C-pap machines and equipment and the options I had open to me. When I chose the option that takes longer but costs less she has been so supportive and has contacted me regularly to see how I'm doing. I would totally tell anyone I know who needs help with their sleep apnea issues to see Jacqueline for sure!

In June 2022, I did an internet search for a CPAP supply store in my local area - Regina, SK. This is when I came across the website for Prairie Oxygen.It’s probably the best CPAP supply store in the city. The staff were super amazing and friendly- especially Jacqueline! She made my buying experience for CPAP accessories a smooth and fun experience.

The staff at Prairie Oxygen are wonderful to deal with. The fellow that delivers my oxygen is great and he moves the tanks for me. The nurse that was assigned to me is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She tries to make adapting to using oxygen as easy as possible. The staff come to my home and I live a couple of hours away from Regina. I'm very happy with Prairie Oxygen's staff and products!

They have gone above and beyond with every contact I have had with them. During Covid when I was unable to go into the workplace due to the masking requirement, they came out to my car. Leslie has been amazing assisting me with equipment and information about how best to deal with my condition. A truly professional and empathetic group of people.

I have been with Prairie Oxygen a number of years and have always found the staff very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful & always willing to take the time to explain any questions or concerns I may have. Living in a condo, my oxygen tanks are delivered to my door so I get to interact with Lyle, the Delivery Driver & find him very friendly & personable. If I have any questions he always willing & takes the time to explain & answer them . Barring any unforeseen circumstances I can expect my oxygen tanks delivered at the same time everytime on the delivery date. Thanks Lyle

I first went to another business previously for my CPAP machine and supplies. However, I was having troubles finding CPAP supplies in stock and to purchase in time for international travel. I came across Emily from Regina at Prairie Oxygen and not only did they have the supplies that I needed, but she was super knowledgeable on all of the different brands makes and models of CPAP and APAP machines and supplies. I have decided to switch over to Prairie Oxygen because they have very good supply chain management and inventory management of their supplies and they are very informative and highly knowledgeable on their products, something that was difficult to find with other Sleep Clinic stores outside of Prairie Oxygen. I highly recommend Prairie Oxygen for CPAP equipment and supplies and special thank you to Emily from Regina and Lauren from Saskatoon for your help!

I normally purchase my cpap masks where I live, but they have been on back order for sometime now. I contacted Prairie Oxygen to look at options and from the time I called and left a message to the time I made it to Regina to pick them up, Emily created an awesome shopping experience. She was very helpful and accommodating and very pleasant to deal with. Emily is knowledgeable and you can tell she enjoys her job, please thank her for me. She is a real gem!

The Service I received from Prairie these past two years has been very good. Never missing delivery appointments. The driver Lyle has always made things easy. He's organized and and always respects my property. Lyle also follows all Covid protocols. Lyle has helped me with questions I have that are not explained elsewhere. Plus any time I need something between deliveries, Lyle will make sure I get it. Now I can't say enough how Prairie responding when I became sick. It happened overnight and my oxygen needs doubled. I was not preparedIt took one call to Alyssa at Prairie. Alyssa’s reaction was quick and she was able to got me an oxygen concentrator machine and it came to me the same day. With proper flow cannula. Also topping up all my tanks at the same time. Even though delivery wasn’t for a few days. I don't know of too many companies that will do anything this quickly. They sure helped save the day! Literally.

My father experienced a health scare that really affected the whole family. My Father is younger and was reasonably healthy so this lung issue really came out of left field. When his lungs turned on him it scared us all.Lyle from Prairie Oxygen treated my father very well. I could see how concerned and unsure my father was having to go on constant oxygen. Then relying on a constant source to keep him going.Lyle took the time to explain how everything worked. From oxygen concentrator to bottled oxygen. What to do in certain situations including power outages.All of which made my Father and our family so much better.Lyle makes every oxygen delivery very simple.I would certainly recommend Prairie oxygen.
