Kylyn is wonderful! Getting waxed is painless and so easy. And my facial was so releasing I’m pretty sure I fell asleep. Kylyn was so nice and let me have a 20 minute cat nap since I was her last client for the day.True Balance is so professional and clean and really cares about my needs.

I have been debating lip filler for years. I decided to go to True Balance in Spruce Grove and immediately loved the atmosphere there. All the ladies were incredibly approachable and kind. Nurse Janet performed my lip fillers and I absolutely loved her approach and how I never once felt pressured. She truly listened and acknowledged my concerns and explained everything in detail. Nurse Janet was very professional and my overall experience was once of the best, if not the best I had ever received. She followed up almost immediately to ensure everything was fine. I would recommend seeing Janet for any lip filler, I will most definitely be going back to see her in the future.

I had Skyler for a facial and she was extremely professional and skilled. She made the atmosphere very relaxing and therapeutic. This ain’t my first time seeing her and certainly won’t be the last. Any and all questions I had were answered clearly as she is exceedingly knowledgeable. Would highly recommend her for any of her offered treatments. 10/10

Spruce Grove is lucky to have this medical spa located in our community. I've visited the spa weekly for many services such as sauna and massage. 100% of my visits have been a five star customer experience. quality products and service. Scheduling appointments are easy and the ladies are always accommodating and friendly. I look forward to spa sessions at the end of a busy day.

I've been looking for a local spa for massage and beauty treatments and decided to try this place out. I LOVE it here. They have a gorgeous private lounge where I got to wait for my massage, my massage therapist Sharon was lovely and so kind, and it was just a wonderful experience. I will absolutely be back for more. Highly recommend!
