I worked with Kevin from the Robson St store during a recent Tesla test drive event at my work and he was exceptionally friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He made it very hard not to buy a Model 3 right then and there! I would definitely host an event like this in the future, not only because their vehicles are so impressive, but their sales staff are great too.

Samantha S. was so kind and very knowledgeable. She was prompt with her replies and made me feel comfortable. She was also very relatable and you can tell that she is not pushy or uninterested. I can’t say there was a single time I could complain about her from start to finish. I know they are not on commission but she was so excellent that I wanted to support her somehow hence leaving a review so people know how good she is! (Can’t be hoarding a good sales by myself and I never really leave reviews ;)) my friend who is not even interested in Tesla even wanted to buy a car off of her BECAUSE of how nice and helpful she was.

This is such a momentous occasion for me to go environmentally friendly that I've decided to leave a detailed, non-biased feedback for you peeps.My family and I went to the Tesla Showroom @ Robson Vancouver yesterday and was served by Kevin.Right from the get-go, we were impressed at Kevin at how he patiently and enthusiastically answered our questions before and during the test drive.Fast forward 28 hours later, we have placed our online order for The Tesla 3 - Pearl White, Standard Plus which I'm convinced it's the right model for us.....Will update our entire experience when we get delivery of our Model 3.

I was helped by Jordan Liang and I had the best sales experience. He went out of his way to get me a car, and he ended up finding me a 2021 Model 3 and I got to pick it up 3 days after I put my deposit down!!! He texted me at all hours of the night and day and was available 7 days a week and was just incredible at helping me in any way he could. I also love the car and it is a next level experience getting to drive such an amazing car. I 10000% recommend getting a Tesla and through this location, and with Jordan if you can!!!

I highly recommend seeing Jordan Liang at Tesla. I had seen him few weeks ago for a test drive and he was easy to talk to and really helpful with any questions I had. He helped me with the process of purchasing a model 3 and he keeps in contact throughout the time your waiting. He will answer any questions and help you find the right Tesla for you! He’s not like a normal sales men that just wants to sell a car. He’s professional and is there to help you with any questions you may have.Go for a test drive and you’ll love the car!

A great little show room with friendly, knowledgeable staff. If you want to hop into a Model X and tinker around with its fancy futuristic dash, this is the place to go to!

Model 3 in showroom. Model S, X, and Y in parkade. Casual staff. Overall better experience than West 4th location, though compared to previous experience with Lexus and Land Rover, there remain rooms for improvement. Excellent test driving experience. Indoor parking at rear, ticket waived by Tesla staff. Test drive scheduled in advance. Checked in by staff. Model selections available. Lenient with drive route and time limit. Vehicle sanitized by staff prior to test drive.

Javier is awesome! Patient, clear, and never pushy. Answered every single question and was clear on asking about what it is that I wanted. He then gave very specific and helpful advice on what the best model and configuration would be, and carefully walked me through all the most important points as well as things to watch out for.Protip: If you're looking to buy a Tesla, do a little bit of research on Youtube and watch some walkthroughs first before coming in. It's easy to get overwhelmed by the number of features and toys that come with the car, but most of them you can find online. While driving, focus on how you like to drive and feel free to pay attention to the nitty gritty details like sound and feel.And definitely, definitely ask for Javier when you come in.

Decide to book a test drive with Tesla on Robison and the customer rep, Jeremy was first class all the way. He set up the appointment and greeted us to inspect the car, all social distanced and wiped down. Took it for about a 30 minute drive and our minds were convinced. This is the future, EV. Jeremy answered all our questions when we finished, and with a no-pressure attitude.
