Matt was absolutely fantastic in preparing our home inspection - he had been recommended by our realtor Mike Doughty. Since we are moving from Ontario, it was great that Matt was able to walk us through the entire place virtually and to summarize the inspection he had just completed. I was so impressed that the completed report was done incredibly quickly AND accurately. Matt's attention to detail, breadth of knowledge, and willingness to answer questions and to follow up are some of the many reasons why we would highly recommend him for a home inspection :)

Matt was recommended to me by my amazing realtor Jenna Turnbull. Matt worked around my schedule and that of the seller's. He was extremely thorough and provided a very detailed verbal presentation with videos and photos during the walk through, and followed it up with a comprehensive 20 page inspection report. Matt was informed, diligent, and more importantly open and transparent. He answered the million questions I had before during and after the inspection. I highly recommend Matt.
