The only place in town that sells NokOut spray which seems the best we've tried for eliminating cat urine odour from our furniture. Also sells huge bones for big dogs! Friendly service too.

We shop here for our pet food and litter for cats. A wide selections of food and items for a variety of pets. Staff is always helpful. They have a special on GO large bags of cat food. They record your sales so that the 13th purchase is free. We have been going to CB Pet Food for over 5 years.

I have been buying food and treats for my pets here for over 5 years now. The staff here are so helpful and knowledgeable about our fur babies.. anytime I had food that didn't agree with my pet they were more than happy to take it back in exchange for another product. During Covid they offered contactless delivery , ordered and delivered the same day, it was great service for a small independent store. I will continue to support the owners and staff and support our small business'.

The staff are outstanding at this store. I have been going for years and I am continuously blown away by their kindness and willingness to help every customer. Throughout the pandemic lockdowns, it has been harder to shop for my pet, as we can only do curbside pickup, but every time I call or come by, they are so great at helping me find exactly what I need from outside the door. They also reward loyalty with their “frequent buyer” program, which I love. I cannot express enough how happy I am to be able to shop at this store! Highly recommend supporting this local business.

Sherry at CB Pet Food & Supplies is absolutely amazing! I have been taking my cat to the vet for 2 years for the same problem with no solution. I told Sherry about it and she made recommendations which I followed and my cat is now healing for the first time in two years. This place really cares about your pet, they listen to you and provide amazing knowledge and expertise on animal care, food etc. Further, their prices are good and they will order items if they do not have it. I have been shopping with them for a few years now, Infact ever since my puppy was born (2 and a half years) we have been buying food, treats etc from them and I loved being able to support local. The service is always friendly.However, they have a program there where after you buy a certain amount of bags of dog food you get one free. It used to be 10 bags , get the 11th free. Now, understandably with inflation costs, it is buy 12 bags get the 13th free. Consistently, when the time rolls around to get the free bag, we are always told “the next one after this will be free” and so on. They never gave us a stamp card to keep track of this, it’s always them telling us. Which means, each time they can change their answer. I am not looking for any kind of hand out, rather trying to get the benefits out of a program that they offer.Today we gave them one last chance to give us our free bag as we marked it down on the calendar. We went and they said the classic, we need to buy 2 more bags until it’s free. I politely said that they told us this the last time we were in, to which she said the person who told us that was wrong, when She was the person who told us the last time we were in that the next bag is free. The story constantly changes. I left and stated I wouldn’t be shopping with them anymore. She then ran out to the car saying she made a mistake and that we would only need to pay the tax, and we then got a free bag. After lots of hassleThat will be my last time shopping with CB pet foods. I appreciate a program like that being in place, and I like supporting local, however if they are going to give us the run around each time we go, it’s just not worth it to support a business like that. Especially when we have spent thousands of dollars with them. If it is genuinely them forgetting when the free bag comes due for customers, they need to have something like a stamp card in place to make sure that their loyal customers get what is deserved.

Store is very well stocked.salesperson is very helpful and knowledgeable about products.oh ya....bring your pet.lots of toys and treats.

Small local business, but with great customer service and assistance. They have given me solid advice as well in the past. I truly appreciate that, if they DON'T have something, they will order it for you!
