We are still recovering from the nightmare dealing with unprofessional, rude mother daughter duo.we ordered our stuff in Feb/2022 and received half done 5 days before the wedding in august. While we was ordering the mistake we made is we should of record everything about every detail that we discuss with Gurbilas because when we receive the outfits, The design or the fabric didn’t look like what we ask for.Then she said I THOUGHT THIS WILL LOOK NICE . Business people like her need to expose on the City TV , so other people don’t go through what we went through.Our order was custom and she gave you price and sure enough then she charge you CUSTOM CHARGES on top of what she agrees at the time. I am not talking $20,&50 BUT like 250-300 on top what was the agreed price . This is price gauging and I am still looking in to it where further to complaint about this.PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU GO TO THIS SHOP. She is a big liar and she never gave you anything on time . Even when we was ordering . Some upset customers came and that was the sign . We ignore it . I wish I never ordered from her. She is a Big Scam.

If you want a custom outfit, this is not the place. I had given my measurements (the same measurements that I give to all tailors and custom designers), expecting outfits that fit my measurements. They were way too big and we had to go to a tailor to get it re-customized". When I asked

If I could give this place no stars I would. I am getting married in September 2022 and brought my mom, 2 aunts, and my cousin to shop for outfits. When we walked into the store, there were two young ladies at the counter who didn't even greet us hello when we walked in. We looked around and saw some really nice ones but again none of the workers got off their butts to ask if we needed any help. They were too busy looking at whatever was going on outside. They lost out on potentially 4 sales due to their lack of customer service skills. Its a shame that we as customers who are paying a lot of money for these kinds of outfits (cause they aren’t cheap) and this is the service that the workers present. I would never recommend this store to anyone.

The girl acts like she doesn’t even want to work there. Unhelpful staff and overpriced for ugly outfits. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

I have been coming here for all my events and its my one and only shop. Simran who is a stylist at the store helped me bring my vision to life. If you are looking to customise your pieces and want someone to really understand your vision and help you step by step, I highly recommend this place.

Would not recommend. Suits are over priced and poor quality. My mom purchased a $565 suit, and it had some painted component that started falling off. We went to request a refund and at the very least a repair or exchange, but they wouldnt listen. They told us this happened because the suit was new"

I bought outfit for my niece she love the outfit and she got lot of compliments..Thank you neemzari couture I highly recommend this store .. and our whole family will be there permanent customers now. Quality of fabrics ,designs and customer service is awesome..

Highly recommend this place. I ordered an outfit on a very short timeline and they delivered earlier than expected. I got so many compliments on the outfit. I will definitely be shopping here alot more.

Completely overcharged me on my wedding outfits. I ordered them in February and they did not come until a week before my wedding in August. Completely side walled me with the price to the point I had no choice but to pay as my 1st event was in 3 days. They had given a general price but what the total came to was almost $5000 to $6000 more than what we had anticipated. I had been a long time customer but this was a beyond disappointing experience and I would highly caution anyone who is getting “custom pieces” you may as well order straight from India. Complete lack of transparency and professionalism.
