I bought a queen size bed ( 141 - Black ) about two weeks ago and totally disappointed with this product. The legs failed on the very first day. I have been working in sheet metal industry for more than 5 years. According to me , the legs are made of flimsy material and therefore it can't handle much weight. Structure has been designed very poorly. Here comes even the bigger nightmare. I complained on the very same day and the owner ( Garry ) didn't bother to listen complain over the phone and asked me to send email. I sent him email with the same photos i have attached with this review. It's been two weeks and the owner hasn't even acknowledged the complain yet but i know for sure he is going to respond to my google review right away wrongfully defending this product ( just like other reviews). I gave one star because you can't post review without it but this experience deserves 0 star.Special comment for owner : If you are running business

The mattress i bought from mysleep furniture is Euro pillow top which is so compfy and relaxing. I have had issues with my back so i got the perfect one with foam. They deliver it on time. Gary is a great person , he helped me choose the perfect mattress. Thanks alot. Highly recommended.

Great shopping experience for my new apartment, downtown Toronto. Having nowhere to sit in a mattress on the floor, coming from plane, across the country, Gary was easy to work with to find what I was looking for over the phone, using the website, so that way I could order something that was 100% in stock and arranged for delivery later that day.They were able to quickly assemble my bed frame and sofa and took away all the recyclable materials on their way out.The quality and price point was exactly what I was looking for but, perhaps better quality than what I expected.I found this store by using Google to find a good store that delivered furniture same day.Now, onto relaxing on my new furniture.

I wanted a Futon mattress and was in hunt for the same. Finally I found a futon in a very reasonable price in My sleep furniture. I went to the store to see the mattress and purchased requested them to deliver to my door steps. They were very quick, delivered the next day. I am very happy with the service provided.

Do not buy. Purchased a mattress online. Worst experience ever. Had to call to follow up as no confirmation email was sent. Contacted me by email after charging my card 4 days before asking for a picture of my creditcard. Once picture was sent they then emailed asking for proof of identification and requested a government photo id has to be sent to fulfill order. Will post and update. Just sent email for refund. So unhappy with the service and man I spoke. Would give 0 stars if it was an option.

Quality products with quick and efficient service. I bought a Queen size Bed with mattress and box, they gave me a great deal with quick delivery as well. I would definitely recommend to buy from here to get premium quality products in great prices and services.
