My girlfriend and I had a fantastic experience during the actual ultrasound session… but the issues were afterwards. Kaleena charged us for a more expensive package than we agreed too. We also planned on doing a gender reveal, and Kaleena sent us photos where we could visibly see the gender. We had to follow up with her twice to have our photos and video sent to us. The 2D photos were good, however, the 3D ones did not turn out well.Overall, it was a very okay experience but not worth the $240.2.5 stars.

We had a great experience! Kaleena made the evening so fun for myself and my family seeing our baby girl in 3D. She was kind, professional and easy to chat with and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my experience. It’s so nice to have this service offered in Kamloops. Highly recommend!

My fiancé and I went here and she did amazing work. She really set the atmosphere.Hearing the heart beat seeing our little ones face was beautiful.I was nervous at the start but she quickly put me to ease.I highly recommend her If you want a truly an out of this world service and quality images.I also Recommend getting the heart beat put in a stuffed animal we got a sloth and it’s just made the whole experience so much more real. !!!!!AGAIN I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We recently booked a buck or doe with Kaleena and it was a wonderful experience I would highly recommend! The way she has everything set up ensures everyone’s comfortable and my husband really enjoyed watching our little one move around. She took her time and we got to see more than we expected. Super friendly , however if you plan on getting your gender detected , I suggest you confirm with your actual OB after your get your anatomy scan. Kahleena had told us boy and seemed very certain. We had a huge gender reveal and spent lots of money on boy clothes and other boy things and turns out the baby is actually a girl. My X-ray technician said image centres like these need to let people know this is strictly for entertainment and that they have no medical or radiology training so that being said they shouldn’t be guessing the gender ..
