Pajo's Fish & Chips at YVR Airport
Based on my recent experience at this restaurant, I have mixed feelings about their fish and chips dish. While the dish had a great presentation and the chips were cooked to perfection, the fish portion was disappointing. The fish itself was coated with a really thick batter, which made it feel quite heavy and less enjoyable to eat. To make matters worse, there was very little fish portion in the dish, which left me feeling unsatisfied.

Viewing the food from a airport perspective, it is pretty average at best. Fries were soggy, and the fish seemed like 80% deep fry, and 20% fish. The service was slow, workers did not know what they were doing. And also the manager was negligent to the fact that I waited ~15 mins for my order.

Located at the airport this food court favorite is definitely serving fish and chips that are to die for. Even though we are not flying anywhere, we still go there just to eat fish and chips from time to time. Although I will say, that after going to white spot because these guys were closed, that their fish and fish and chip's fish batter's taste is fairly close. But Pajos has them beat on fries though. Hands down. They close at 7:00, so be aware.

Pajo's did a great job! I really only ordered a snack though, so can not commit to a full review. I recently started working at YVR and EVERYONE I asked recommended visiting your food. It did not disappoint - the fish was hot and crispy, there was malt vinegar for the classic experience and the fries were great and bottomless (though you can only do so much damage in 30 minutes!). It was also early, so the staff was a little on the quiet side, but welcoming. Thanks again and happy holidays!

Not the greatest fish and chips I've ever had. Very overpriced too. Quite soggy fish, that either stuck to the paper or the chips or fell apart on the fork. The chips themselves were average at best and nothing to write home about. There are other better options at YVR

We ordered Maui burger & Cod tacos. It was so delicioussss. Could say it‘s the best burger we ever have! The staff so friendly and kind. Excellent service. Recommend!!

Pajo's Fish & Chips at YVR Airport
Everytime I come to YVR this is a must;) they say this location is the worst one but I think the food quality is actually getting better. I enjoyed my cod fish and chips. But the fries is a little soggy.
