Went with Dizzle Dazzle for carpet cleaning. Konrad was professional from first contact until completion. He was initially quick to reply to my request for a quote through his website and answered any questions I had in a timely manner.On the day of cleaning he arrived on time, explained everything thoroughly and again answered any questions I had. He worked efficiently and finished within the quoted time frame. The carpet looks good as new and I would definitely recommend Konrad and his service to anyone looking!

From start to finish Konrad was an absolute professional. As someone who works in property management, I genuinely appreciate a contractor who shows up when they say they will, does what they say they will, and invoices for the quoted amount.He was friendly, helpful and explained the process. The products he used work well and he was very efficient. He went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied and we would (will) absolutely recommend him to others. Konrad did such a great job on my 6 year old couches, they look brand new! My area rugs are nice and clean, and so are the carpets. He is a very nice person with a great, positive attitude. We will definitely call him again!

Very kind and respectful employees, very hard working and started on time. Customers service via email was exceptionally prompt and understanding. They solved any issue we had and were very professional. The carpets looked good as new, and attention was place on all stains or areas of high traffic. I really enjoyed that the website stated all the step they would take to cleaning and were transparent with their method. Great for the price!

Konrad did such a fantastic job with cleaning our carpets at the new town house me and my roommates moved into. The carpets were filthy and he made them look brand new and beautiful! Konrad was the complete picture of professionalism and attention to detail. He completed our clean before selling so we saw how great a job he did first hand, but also cleaned our carpet, couches, rugs and tiles at our new place so we enjoyed and benefited from his services on both sides of our move.
