Quadra Island Fisheries

Placed an order in octerber for a delivery in December. No show for delivery. Still have not got produce paid for and no refund. I get no response by phone, e-mail and they have not tried to contact me. Stay clear of these guys. Scam!

*BEWARE* Paid $148. order # R924504256 on November 13th 2022 for 3 tuna loins they cancelled the delivery twice in November it is now January 9th 2023 and after several emails and messages on Messenger I have still not received my refund.

Bought twice now from Quadra while they were here in the north (Chetwynd and Dawson Creek), amazing people, amazing service and by far the best tasting fresh crab and spot prawns. Being a former Prince Rupert resident, I always get a craving for fresh crab and its definitely hard to come by fresh seafood here around the north, Thanks Lance, Lindsay and crew for bringing a taste of the ocean up here and we will always continue to support you guys!

Amazing fishery with incredible customer service - live crab delivered fresh to my small West Kootenay town in the Interior of BC! What an experience - we never get fresh seafood! Made my night, that’s for sure ⭐️

I ordered twice from Quadra Island Fisheries ... the first time I put in an order for 10 crabs that was not pre-paid (thankfully). However, they sold all the pre-ordered crabs as first come first serve and I did not get them. I still had faith at that point though, and liked their philosophy of selling directly to the consumer, so I put in a second order for 10 crabs, and this time I did prepay. However, when I found out that they were going to be delayed on their second run to Whitehorse I called and asked if I could cancel the order and recieve a refund as I was not able to deal with 10 crabs on the new delivery date. They assured me they would send a refund. Fast forward two months later, two phone calls later, and two facebook messages later (all assuring me they would send a refund).... still no refund, and now not responding to me at all. So very frustrating, and such a let down. I really thought these guys were doing good work inititally. As a small business owner myself, I cannot imagine treating my own customers this way.

First time I've made live Crab at home and they were super helpful with all my questions and the Crab was Amazing! Can't wait for them to come back!!

Awesome fresh products, as you can see on those picture we had a blast. We cannot be enough thankful for their run out there in Salmon Arm as any product we get are from hours away and mostly frozen from wherever!This is BC product, by BC peoples !Thanks you so much guys for your work and devotions

Have been waiting 3.5 months for a $350 refund. Quadra Island Fisheries is responding to these reviews saying that have issued refunds to everyone who has complained but that is simply not true. They have also deleted the reviews" section from their facebook page because of all the people who are waiting for refunds and have given negative reviews. They are simply trying to recover their image for future customers. I have not been "abusive" I have simply called

On Dec17/22 orders were to be delivered to The Husky Station in Osoyoos between 9 and 10:30...I was there from before 9 until 11..NO show..no call..no message...nothing...I still have not received any refund from them...I contacted more than once about this...NOTHING...needless to say I am not happy...I want my money refunded for the halibut I ordered...
