It’s been almost six months since I purchased my 2018 Kia Niro hybrid from Guelph Kia with the extensive help of your guy, Chris. He’s the best salesman I’ve ever met and even got me a fantastic deal on the vehicle. I’ve put some mileage into the Niro in the past months, and I have to say, this car was as great as Chris described it in the first place. I have a 5-star experience and will definitely get my next car from here, that’s for sure!

I had an amazing experience at Guelph Kia. I went there stressed out as my car had been totalled and I had no idea what kind of vehicle I wanted.Nor did I even know where to start the process between insurance and buying a car. Kevin was amazing and helpful, he did not push me into buying anything and helped me find exactly what I needed. Dan also went above my expectations and helped me to find the worth of my previous vehicle so that I got the right amount back for it. I can't say enough good things about the team at Guelph Kia thank for helping through a stressful time and making the transition smooth and and painless!! I recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle!!

Picked up a Nissan Versa from Guelph Kia. They have a great selection of used cars from a variety of makes and models. Absolutely fantastic service from Kevin Gradley! He walked us through the entire process and took his time to explain all the features of the vehicle. If you’re ever in the market for a car, definitely recommend this place. Brought my Kia Soul in today for some issues it was having. Rather than charge me a lot of money to tell me what was wrong with my car, Scott Carlo spent a lot of time teaching me about my car and its engine, and the different options I have for resolving the issues. No mechanic/service consultant has ever taken the time with me before to teach me about my car so that I can fully understand my options and make an informed decision about what to do next with it. I am so grateful for his time and help, and will definitely be returning more regularly to the dealership to keep servicing my car from now on. Thank you Scott!

As always, an excellent experience at Guelph Kia. During our service visit I was warmly greeted and offered an artisan coffee and a comfortable place to sit and wait. All service was explained and very affordable , followed by an express car wash and detail of my vehicle. I was also greeted by Greg in sales who offered to show me what’s new for 2023/2024 in the Kia line up and I will definitely be coming back to investigate. All around, great staff who care about their customers.

I bought a quality used vehicle from Chris Swiech at Guelph Kia. Chris was very professional and knowledgeable. He offered me a fair price for my trade in and I appreciated the lack of common salesman tactics; Chris was just honest and to the point. Chris even stayed 2hrs after his shift to deliver my vehicle as it was the only day that worded for me. Top notch salesman and dealership, thanks guys!
